Amazing fantastic delicious cheesecakes!! Oh my so wonderful!!! 2 pages full of cheesecake choices!!! Love Love!!???We had dinner too. Huge huge menu!! Entrees from every favorite type, plus sides, salads, & appetizers!! Big servings! Fantastic service!! Great job!!You will enjoy your visit!
Those are the snickers cheesecake and the other is the turtle cheesecake. The turtle is very rich. My favorites have got to be either the salted caramel cheesecake, the fresh banana cheesecake, or the red velvet. They so amazing. As far as food, I love the cheeseburger spring rolls, so tender, juicy and full of flavor. The Mac n cheese bites are so creamy and the marinara is slightly sweet, so its perfect together. You can't go wrong, everything that I've had has been incredible.
The waitress Joy was very nice and accommodating. The food on the other hand was not good. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and it was pure oil. Had to push the food onto another plate to try and eat it.
The servers were very attentive, the food/kitchen was a little bit backed up and took longer than usual but everything tasted amazing!!!
I ordered $45 worth of cheesecake to go, got back to my hotel and then realized they gave no napkins, forks, or knives. I called spoke with a manager and asked if they omitted them by mistake and they said it was intentional they were not required to give these without being asked. No apology, like it was my fault I didn’t ask for food AND utensils. So, if you want to eat cheesecake with your hands come here! No apology from the manager…go pound sand!
Food was pretty good. I got the fish tacos and was overall pleased with how everything turned out. The salted caramel cheesecake was insanely good.
I have been wanting to go to the Cheesecake Factory FOREVER!!! We traveled to Franklin TN yesterday and went in for lunch. I did not mind the 30 minute wait it gave us time to walk thru a part of the mall. Our server, Makayla, was so nice and recommended the Parmesan Herb Chicken (lunch portion $19.95)as one of her favorite dishes. That’s what I had with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts ($8.95) for an appetizer. My husband just had a hamburger and fries ($14.50). The chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans tasted really good. The portion for my lunch was very large and I took half back to the hotel. My husband was not very impressed with his lunch. Later that evening I was eating the rest of my lunch and found two small chicken bones in my mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed in the experience-but on a positive note I am taking home a piece of Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. I am looking forward to relaxing with a cup of Tim Horton’s Coffee and this Cheesecake! Bon appétit!
Started with hostes they don't really care if you stay or leave if you ask for something the answer is no so we finally seated after 75 minutes waiting the food took 65 minutes i got cold dry pasta not even one manger care to come to talk to me very unfriendly customer service they don't care if you happy or not very disappointed at this location customer service
Great place for Sunday brunch! Menu is loaded with many fans and portion sizes are plentiful. Service was top notch!
Great place. Had a large selection of cheesecakes and the service was awesome. Will be back on Valentine's Day ❤️
