We decided to give Taco Bell’s breakfasts a try. Will not return. Not sure if it’s this location or the chain as a whole. Signs all over the doors said they were open inside. We tried 2 sets of locked doors and went back to the car. Finally the lady inside came out and unlocked them as we were heading to the drive thru. The food was barely lukewarm. Mine had foil stuck all over it that I had to peel off. The coffee order had to be redone. Just seems like no one cares here. As we were leaving the other customer was at the counter claiming they didn’t get their whole order…
Food was great and service is on point very nice team
this taco bell is new and clean inside. they always get my order correct even though it’s typically very complicated due to my dietary restrictions.
RUDE RUDE RUDE.. when u only hire spoiled high schoolers I guess that's what u get... Never friendly usually have to return to get the rest of my order... There are better Taco Bell's around.. They only thing they have going for them is the hours of operations
Great service. The manager has worked at several other taco Bell's across the Country. She actually was was very friendly and conversated with me and my family about how she loved her job while we ate. Best taco bell experience in Franklin for being on main street and not as big as most of the franchise businesses.
Consistently good Taco Bell! Never have an issue with the food being fresh or served hot.
Staff was fooling around and not paying attention to me as I was ordering. Order was wrong but of course we didn’t realize this until after we got home. I should have checked before leaving window. That was on me. Staff was rude and too busy playing around with each other. Very unprofessional. Substituted chicken for beef on one item and there was 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I would definitely think twice before going to this particular store again.
Some of the staff needs to be trained better.
Staff was joking around with the headset still on after I ordered my food in the drive through. After I paid the girl that took my payment immediately went on her phone and started laughing with her other coworkers. They were all very rude. Food tasted fine but service was terrible.
Door dash pick up, got a great deal and food was fresh. Friendly place
