Super Suppers is the next best thing to cooking for yourself, and is priced extremely reasonably! If you want a home-cooked meal with nothing to do but heat it in the oven for 30 minutes, this place is for you! (e.g. A nice chicken dish with a green veggie and sweet potato fries for about $8-$9. Beats the drive thru any day!!!)Family servings are available as are individual single servings planned by a nutritionist. I've tried mail order dinner subscriptions before, and Super Suppers beats them all! The food is fresh, extremely savory, and their small aluminum containers are the only trash to deal with (which can easily be recycled). If you have company coming to town, need to bring a dish to a party, or if you simply don't have time to cook for yourself, this place is the answer. Extremely friendly staff. FIVE (PLUS) STARS!!!
Super Suppers in Franklin is a little slice of Heaven! Caring and community-minded locally-owned family that serves up yumminess! The Meaty Cheesy Lasagna regular size was a wonderful blend of tasty, classic Italian flavors with the perfect blend of cheeses as to not overpower the dish. It was super filling but not too heavy! Highly recommend Supper Suppers!
This is a fantastic option for family dinners! The meals are easy to make and they are delicious. Phoemie is always so gracious to help bring our meals out to the vehicle because I have little ones! We highly recommend Super Suppers!!!
Super Suppers is FANTASTIC! Somehow we’ve just discovered it, after having lived in Franklin over 7 years! They have a HUGE amount of wonderful ready to cook meals at VERY reasonable prices, and the staff is very sweet and caring and ready with great recommendations.

Huge shout out to Super Suppers in Franklin!My husband and I were just running out of ideas for recipes that sounded good, could be done with minimal work and done in less that 45 minutes. We tried many of the meal delivery services like Hello Fresh and just found them to be really labor intensive or their menus had too many things we didn’t want and the ones we did try had high sodium or tasted kind of artificial. And they had soooooo much packaging to throw out!We tried Super Suppers and we’re thrilled!!!! The menu is exactly what we were looking for! They have tons of choices available all the time. It tastes like home cooking with real ingredients, fresh vegetables and real spices and herbs. The recipes and the sides are are food we want to eat, all the chicken dishes we’ve had have been moist and really flavorful. The cooking directions are super easy and clear, the prep is beyond easy (most are just throw it in the oven), the portions are perfect, the sodium is minimal, they do not taste like frozen entrees from the grocery store, the packaging and clean up is super minimal and their prices are amazing!! We are thrilled and with our lifestyle, we will shop there weekly for all our dinners! And we love that they are frozen so there is no waste! If we want to go out, or cook ourselves, our Super Suppers can just stay in the freezer or thaw in the fridge for the next day. They are also great if you want to drop off food for someone who just had a baby or is sick or going through a hard time. Check them out, you’ll be so pleased. ?

I was looking for good, clean, nutritious prepared meals for my son who moved to TN. Working long hours 6/7 days a week doesn't leave time for cooking. After researching the areas options I chose to try Super Suppers. I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Clean, bright, inviting:) Did I say clean, I meant immaculate:) I was warmly greeted by Phemie. She asked what I was interested in and I told her the situation with my son. Phemie went over the entire menu, explained everything about Super Suppers, offering way more information than I could have imagined, calories, protein and everything in between:) We picked out a few items just as a start. It was such a pleasant experience. Of course the true test is the taste. A few days after I brought the items to my son he called to say "wow, this is really good food"!! That is an incredible review coming from my son:)! I had only purchased a few items while I was in town. So I called and spoke with Phemie and placed and order for 19 items!! We chatted for a while, went over the choices and prepared an order for the month. I can't say enough good about this experience, Phemie, and Super Suppers. Phemie is just as genuine as you can get:) She assured me she would be there when he picked up his order so she could answer any questions or help with other choices. So refreshing to meet kind people:) Definitely give Super Suppers a try, good people, good food, can't ask for anything more!
