I ordered a Buffalo chicken with double protein. They did not put double protein. I went in and asked them to fix it, the woman did fix it thankfully but also told me it was already double protein. She was a little rude when we were being very polite. I am an ex subway employee and I did not bring it up but she was obviously lying or genuinely does not know what the double protein portion looks like. If you look at the other reviews you can see that this is a common problem at this location, they do not put the correct amount of ingredients on things for some reason. Also why add more protein if you are saying it already is double protein. She also made the completely wrong sandwich for my girlfriend but that is beside the point as they also fixed that by making her a new one. Not very good staff.
I ordered 3 cookies on 3/31/22 @ around 9:40 pm. I realize that it is late so I can understand why the cookies might be stale (they are), but there is no excuse as to why the employee gave us one broken cookie. It would have been better to just say that they did not have any. ALSO, he did not give a receipt or napkins. After handing us the cookies he closed the window and walked away despite our honking the horn for attention.
These employees were SO helpful, and friendly. We were passing through from Destin to St Louis. Our 7yr grandson can't have gluten, and a young guy employee was super helpful at preparing a meal for him. The woman employee was great too. We go to.Destin every spring break, and will definitely stop here again. Great tasting subs!

?I just had the best sandwich of any subway in my life! I have never ordered this sandwich here before. They have a great drive thru window including a very cool interactive electronic touch screen that makes ordering easy! For the first time I noticed they had a Spicy Italian sandwich. I ordered it cold with nine grain bread, provolone cheese, extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra green pepper, easy black olives, easy banana peppers, easy onions, mustard, olive oil and vinegar, black pepper, oregano and parmesan cheese. It was a masterpiece with the great help of the employee that prepared it. I ordered a whole sandwich but this would really be a meal for two which makes it even better. Thank you very much it was delicious and there was no additional charge for the extra ingredients.?
Worst subway I’ve ever had. Paid for extra cheese. Didn’t get it. Barely got a sprinkle of toppings I asked for. Really worst I have ever had.

Got a tuna sub there. I got so sick. Stomach has been messed up for days. Definitely bad fish.
