Ordered a frapachino and got a mocha. Unexpected and did not like.

I came to get a coffee not witness a manager yelling at an employee, the wait was long too get a grande coffee on top of that, it wasn’t really that good. Tasted bland. I thought Starbucks was known for being professional and having good uniform attire?? They weren’t even in their uniform. I just really don’t think I’ll be going back there if I have to witness that unprofessionalism.
I love this location! The baristas are super friendly! I haven’t had a bad experience yet. My dogs were finally able to get a pup cup so that’s was exciting!
Drink was excellent.. staff very friendly.. however the price was to high..that's why I go only once a month instead of twice a week like slot of people.
Love having a new Starbucks with a drive-thru close by. Pleasant and efficient experience. Evan in the drive thru was especially a pleasure.
I love the new Starbucks on Hillsboro Road. It is very spacious indoors with great parking and nice outdoor seating. The staff are very nice and friendly.
