This Starbucks was getting slammed 5 minutes before close. Then someone either went on break or left for the day as they were working the rush. It took 20 min to get our order and they forgot to make half of it and had to finish the rest after close. The mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was not as good as we expected but the Cafe mocha was okay. I've not seen a Starbucks have a day like that before. Disorganized and chaotic and people being served out of order and being turned away because it was not clear that they were closed. I recommend clearer signage or communication on when hours are done.
they do not close at 9 and the women was very rude went out her way to roll her eyes at me

Barristas treat customers clueless and laugh at customers when they order something wrong.
Probably the busiest Starbucks around. There is "no down time" for these baristas since they are in the mall. Feel sorry for them. I've never had a problem with any of my orders.
Today, I had some tea, and I had been shopping: in Target. This Target has a Starbucks. I asked a Starbucks employee, 'How much for a cup of hot water?' She, the Starbucks employee, did not say anything, but she, the Starbucks employee, prepared me a hot water drink: in a stacked cup, and the top cup had a lid. She then offered me the drink, and I accepted it. Then, I noticed this drink has two cups.
