I recently moved here from Texas and have never experienced such a poorly managed Starbucks. They are consistently out of cold brew. How is a coffee shop always out of cold brew? Today was the last straw with this location. Ordered my cold brew with SF vanilla through the app, waited a few minutes inside, only to be told they don’t have cold brew. Are you serious? It’s 8:30am on a Wednesday, not 7pm. I got a refund and walked over to White Bison inside the Shell station that actually has great tasting cold brew. Will be going there from now on.
Inconsistent. That sums it up. Routinely out of stock on items but doesn’t reflect in app. You get there and it’s always “sorry we don’t have that”. Thoroughbred Square location (Cool Springs Boulevard) is 100% primo. Have been here a few times when that location has said “out of stock” if I really want something, and found out they are out of stock even though it shows in stock and allows you to order in app. Never run into this at other locations. Seems therefore like inventory is never performed or accurate. Location is hard to get into (very little parking at busy times, super tight drive thru, only one entrance through rear of parking lot) and doesn’t offer walk-in pickup as option in app so you have to wait in drive thru which can sometimes take a while. Employees seem nice, just always a let down when it comes to the expectation you have going there.
Heard about the guy who was verbally harassed by the Starbucks delivery vendor while minding his own business waiting in the drive through. sad world that the delivery guy goes up to a car and verbally assaults him.
Have been going for the past few days and even though Linda is new she's doing a great job and is very kind !
Don't bother calling the store to ask a question. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails. Even if you call during a slower time frame.
I usually like Starbucks. It's not the best coffee you can get, but it's consistent. This location is one of the better ones.
2 times in 3 days I have received the wrong drink from what i ordered. the employees do not seem to care about customer service
This location is my favorite and I will go out of way to visit this one. Staff is always friendly especially Diamond.
Hours on door say 5:00 yet they were turning people away at 4:30. Horrible service!
