I have worked at this mall for 6 months and the coffee is terrible 3/4 times I order here. Today I ordered the same thing I have ordered every day for months and received both the wrong coffee and an over brewed tea. My coffee was a hot coffee with FOUR shots of espresso and they made it "iced" and by iced I mean watered down and still burning hot. My tea made me nauseous and I ended up throwing up four times in the bathroom. Elizabeth, the manager, is rude and defensive and my Coworkers have all had issues with either her or the coffee here at some point. I'm done coming in and will start going to the little coffee stand in the mall. Great prices and KIND service
This location always has friendly employees that look happy to serve you. They stay pretty busy, so you can usually expect to see a line upon arrival- but no need to worry because they have been efficient and fast every time I've been in line, they move the line quick.Good folks that you can count on to serve up delicious signature drinks that taste exactly as you've come to expect, sometimes better!

Well I would've loved to leave a good review but I got to stand in line for almost 10 minutes and then get told sorry that they were closing. They took the woman's order in front of me but told me sorry they were closing!! So unprofessional and just rude after I had been there waiting in line!!
They lost my order, and then the coffee wasn't mixed well. Wasn't good at all.
i went here right after crying. the worker was so nice and gave me a discount and made my whole day. it was so clean and comfy. the drink i got was amazing i still have the cup

The employees at this Starbucks have wonderful attitudes, are very kind, and we appreciated them!
Rude cashier. I was here yesterday with my friend and she had an attitude with us the whole time. She tried rushing us and when we said we couldn’t hear them they rolled their eyes at us and talked lower. It took 20 minutes to make our drinks so we were in there forever. Definitely dont go here if you’re in a rush or actually want something to drink
