I won’t be going back to this location again. Recently, the store has made a change in the way they greet customers in the drive thru, and the person taking my order will say something along the lines of, “Hi, my name is XYZ, what’s yours?” I don’t understand why anyone would need to know my name when I’m going through the drive thru.This probably seems like a weird thing to complain about but to me, being asked this question is significant. The question is intrusive and completely unnecessary - I’m in the drive thru, no one needs to know which name to call out when my order is ready, like they might in-store.I think the intent is to be friendly but this goes beyond what is needed to have a polite and friendly interaction in the drive thru. We don’t need to be on a first-name basis.Store management should consider that some people may choose the drive thru specifically because it limits interaction with others. If a person has social anxiety or is very introverted, for example, it might make them feel incredibly uncomfortable to be approached on overly familiar terms by a stranger. Again, I don’t need to be on a first name basis with the person taking my order in order to have a friendly interaction.It might be different if the person taking my order said, “Hi, my name is XYZ, would you like to share your name?” or something along those lines. That would be more polite, in my opinion, to give someone the option to share their name, instead of putting them on the spot and asking, “what’s your name?”Again, I know this is strange to complain about. But it makes me incredibly uncomfortable to be asked my name in this situation. I just want to get coffee, I don’t want to make friends. I don’t want to make up a different name either - I just shouldn’t be put in a position to have to offer up any name at all - it’s no one’s business.I just hate this change and it seems like it’s here to stay. So I will not return to this location ever again.
The level of customer service at this location is probably the best I’ve ever seen, and I go to different a Starbucks several days a week and hang out all day. Never been to a Starbucks that REGULARLY has a barista going out to the seated customers giving out free samples of water cups and juice. Amazing service! And nice looking set up and architecture in the place also.
Its ok but you're hooking up the cappuccino and trying to save America by not adding sugar to the hot chocolate A box at the store is sweeter than that.
Try the holiday drink, sugar cookie almond milk latte! It is the best!
Inconsistent hours. Hours of operation not updated online. Cashier closing did not bother to communicate that they were closed to several vehicles in line
Uneven timings we don't know when it will close or open sometimes it was open and some times it was close.Google timing are wrong.I would suggest before you come to this call to this store if they don't answer that means it was closed even tho it shows open it google.

Dear management, something is seriously wrong at this location. Yes, it is one of the busiest Starbucks in this area. However, twice in the last month I've ordered inside and they have gotten my order wrong. It isn't a complicated order. Just regular black coffee with cream and stevia. I also watched 3 different people last Saturday afternoon return their drinks at the counter that were wrong in a space of 20 minutes which is how long it took to get my own wrong order. One woman had her drink remade twice and finally gave up and just asked for a refund. I know there is a labor shortage and some people order complicated special drinks that I feel should be limited to less changes.. but I digress. I'm not sure if this is a cashier issue who may be entering orders wrong or a barista issue needing more training. I hope it gets resolved soon. For the time being, we will go to another location.
Ordered my favorite drink from here and it was absolutely garbage. this store definitely needs new employees.
Don"t really know why, but love this location. Only trouble at the moment sometimes it can be to hot to sit outside but way to cold to sit in. (air conditioning) So always take a sweater if you think your going to sit in. Otherwise everyting is good, about the serving personel it is typical Starbucks it all depends who serves you, its true occasionally you find a few bad apples but usually the staff are extremely helpful pleasent and jovial. Always look forward to my visit.Thank you.
