Love it . This Starbucks is the ONLY one I've been to in the surrounding areas of Nashville (it's in Franklin off Murfreesboro Pike) that has very friendly, NICE staff and that made my caramel macchiato the right way!!! It was delicious! And the young man and girl I talked to were wonderful!! Complete opposite of the one on Franklin Road, the one at Nippers Corner and the one off of Maryland Way in Brentwood. Those 3are awful !
I never write reviews but I have been to the Starbucks probably 100 times, and 50% of the time it takes significantly longer than it should and the service is terrible. Easily the slowest Starbucks in America
Great customer service. The drive through went very fast. Very couteous staff. My favorite Starbucks in the Franklin area. ❤❤❤
This location is usually always busy. I've gone inside to order on my last two visits and have found the drive thru moves much faster (you'll wait longer going inside). The crew is friendly and helpful.
My mother and I have been going to this location since I was a toddler. I’m 19 now and we still come here a lot. We have a lot of great memories made in this place, and the service is always excellent.
This location stays busy all day long, sure there are some slower times to wait, but each associate appears to be working hard to get the orders correct and out in timely manner! I use the drive thru to pick up mobile orders, sometimes up to five mobile orders, which I know is asking a lot! This group has never made me feel guilty or that I’m burdening the system.One associate in particular has greeted me with the same exhuberance as she does every other customer! When Hailey is at the drive thru I know my order will be correct and delivered with a cheerful attitude and a smile! We could use more Haileys’ in this world!!
Usually good. But I’ve just opened my lunch to find the saddest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever seen. What I was expecting vs. what I got… literally no cheese and some weird tomato pieces. too bad I can’t get a refund :/
All I gotta say is mango dragon fruit refresher. Yummy! I prefer mine without the actual fruit in it (texture issue) but I always get it with lemonade AND coconut milk. I never make it home with the drink. It's my favorite.
Guy told me to have a nice night. I said there is supposed to be a muffin. He comes back with muffin unwarmed and cold and it tasted like it was in an old refrigerator. It was a mobile order, so you would think you could follow the instructions to warm a muffin. Usually the baristas are very nice here. Disappointed.
I swear... Every time I come here, line or no line, the service is always the same. The baristas know exactly what they're doing and the drive through gals and guys are just super sweet and always ready for a kind word or a small chat. If you need your coffee, make the effort to come here. Truly wonderful people!
