Very few beer choices, very slow service and I'm usually pretty patient with people. Sat at the bar and had no one doing service for 90% of the time I was there, the wings are expensive considering they were burnt and had no sauce. The pizza was mediocre, I'd expect the same flavor at an amusement park or a out of a box. The pricing is ridiculous considering the service/flavor, just because the restaurant is in a ritzy neighborhood does not mean you get to charge outrageous prices with mediocre food. Don't recommend unless you've got time to kill and enjoy being ignored.
Been here a lot sometimes real good sometimes not. The last time we got home and the pizza we ordered to go was literally black around the edges and nothing on it. Today we came and 15 of minutes of sitting have not so much as been greater. Don’t want to hear employee shortage. If that’s the case open when u have employees to serve the customers.
The staff were great. Very friendly. Prompt service and accurate orders. The hostess was very sweet. The side dinner salads were excellent with what looked to be house made croutons. They were delicious. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because my husband's Italian sub was too spicy.
Around 4:30 pm Friday June 11. After a very satisfying first pepperoni experience last Sunday afternoon I decided this Friday to pick up a supreme (your kitchen sink) to go on the way home. When I picked it up at the counter the young lady opened the box to make sure it was mine. She immediately turned around and ask those in the kitchen where the toppings were and the reply was “we put the cheese on top”. Never had one like that but..so what! Got home, opened the box and the aroma was “ not the same”. The pizza was still nice & warm at home arrival but the cheese had cooled to a plastic like shield on top and the stuff below instead of being pieces & slices of ingredients were a mushy mess of hot “stuff” with just one flavor. The crust was extremely floppy and a bit raw tasting on its top part. Yes, I’m coming back. I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff & the cookies
Pizza was great. I have gluten allergy and their cauliflower crust is very good. It's close enough to real crust to make pizza enjoyable!! Last piece!!!
First visit and we tried the Kitchen Sink and pepperoni pizzas along with Buffalo wings. Wow! Our taste buds were on overdrive. Can’t wait to sample more of the menu. Highly recommend.
Wow! My family, which includes 2 very small children, were absolutely famished after a long day of traveling. We arrived in Franklin well after we had planned and Soulshine graciously allowed us to place a carry out order even though it was 45 minutes to close. The food was phenomenal- I can’t say enough about the roasted chicken salad, and my toddler loved the kids’ pizza. They even threw in some cookies, which made everyone smile after a long day. Thanks again- this was a fantastic (and delicious) experience!
So great. The service was quick. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the roasted chicken salad and pizza. Very impressed! We will definitely be back!
First time visit and wow were we impressed. The service was great, awesome environment and the food was so good. Did the lunch special pizza, drink and a side. Pizza had great crust and fresh toppings. Crawfish soup was incredible. You need to give this place a visit!!
The only thing I ordered was their bread pudding with vanilla ice cream scoops on top. I had already just eaten at O'Charley's in Columbia, TN (Amazing Food) and wasn't really hungry any longer. I was with my brother headed to go see the Nine Inch Nails performance at the First Bank Amphitheatre in Franklin, TN and we were just at the pizzeria to pick up a couple friends of my brothers before the show. I wasn't impressed in the slightest with the service or the food quality but the steep prices sure impressed me but not in a good/positive way in the slightest. Doubt I'll ever return here even if someone else was buying.
