Honestly, the best and most efficient Sonic Drive-In around.
Worst customer service I’ve had in A LONG time. Whoever took our order (I think it was Mich’ell) this morning had the WORST attitude. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time & can understand being busy & not having enough staff. BUT they had an attitude for NO reason with us. The ONLY reason I gave it a TWO star was because the sweet lady, Hannah, brought our food & saved the day just a little. I NEVER make reviews but, Sonic check on your staff because that was ridiculous!
Most of the staff was friendly. There is outside seating only unless you remain in your vehicle. There are only a couple of tables in the shade under a covering. There was one table further out that had an umbrella as well. Food was okay and pricing was a little on the higher side for what you get. Refills did not appear to be free here like at other major fast food chains. An item on our order was entered incorrectly and another item was made incorrectly.
Usually good, but this time wasn’t that great. Had ordered ahead and gotten chili cheese tots add onions. Unfortunately no onions but there was a whitish blonde hair in my food :/Also got a banana milkshake w peanut butter but it was vanilla and no peanut butter :(
Stopped here tonight about 9pm to grab some late dinner. Everyone seemed friendly. We had 4 different meals and all meals came out correctly. Drinks were all correct as well! I will say the only down fall was my wife's chicken sandwich was cold. I think they may of put that together first before the rest of the food was cooked and it had time to cool off because all the other food came out hot and fresh. But wasn't a super big deal she just microwaved it when she got home.
Dependable, good food, fast!I have problems with food additives, and 'fake cheese' etc; food from Sonic seems to agree with me, and prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?
I have a weakness for Sonic corn dogs and slushes. This place is great for a quick meal or cute drive-in date. ??
Ordered a hot dog with mustard - came plain. Ordered cheese sticks, which come with marinara. No marinara.Ordered a coke, got a root beer.
Oh how they need help here. The meals are constantly wrong. Is there an adult there helping these teens?!? The way they speak to you on the intercom is so disappointing.
Service is always great! Drinks are amazing especially half priced in the app. Thank you all!
