I go to this location often. They are very efficient, the food is very good and the car hop are very sweet and thorough. My last visit wasn't as great as the rest. There was a drink left off of my order and instead of just correcting the mistake, the car hop wanted to go back and forth about whose fault it was. I was willing to pay for it but I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to argue about something so insignificant. I assume she was having a bad day. That's the only complaint I have about this establishment. I'm not one to let one bad apple spoil the bunch though so I will definitely be having lunch there again tonight! ?☺️
They didn't take off my coupon right away and then they didn't bring me my whole order. I've definitely had better experiences

For a fast food I like this burgers, they are fast and always nice coupons in the app.Their food is always good and great flavor.And the milkshakes are good.

Made a quick stop at Sonic for a banana milk shake. Delicious and good price for it. No issues with parking. A shout to Jennifer for being prompt and professional. She was working hard tonight. I like the menu changes too. They have a progress bar on the menu to keep you updated on the status of your order. I plan on coming back in the future.
I pulled into a stall and pressed the button, a total of 8 mins passed before someone spoke on the intercom. I ordered a Oreo Chocolate Master Shake. Waited 20 mins. When the carhop brought my order, she said "here's your Vanilla shake", I quickly mentioned that I ordered an oreo chocolate master shake. She said "my bad, you're right", with no further explanation, she proceeded to hand me a plain vanilla shake it to me ND walks away. Normally when it's busy, I can understand why things are the way they are and deal with it. But it was not busy and I saw several people that came and went with full meals before I even recieved my overpriced "vanilla" shake.Will not be wasting my time at this location again.
Just had an employee named Abigail shout at me in front of the entire store. I was her UberEats driver and apparently she paid for some extra fast delivery. Weird how I’ve never heard of that after 2000+ deliveries. Must be new.
