I bought a shaker bottle here. It had a small crack and leaked. The store would not exchange it. Smoothies are fine.
I consistently choose this location over others in my area because of the excellent and friendly service I receive. The girls go out of their way to remember my “regular” order and Hannah, Audrey and Mackenzie literally make the best smoothies (every time) that I’ve had at any location. The other staff members, Emma, Robert and Michael are all a pleasure as well.
My husband and I have been loyal customers for a while, but not after today. Today they’re supposed to be offering FREE immune booster due to the virus. She made it clear that she was not aware at all after charging us for it and giving attitude about not wanting to refund us $2. Not really a big deal until she acted VERY unprofessional. We have had issues with the same blonde girl with blue tips in the past. I will no longer go to a smoothie king that hires extremely rude and arrogant people.
This is what is referred to as “The Some-Timey” Smoothie King. They have a sign CLEARLY POSTED on their doors that says MON-FRI 6:30am-9:00pm, however, you have to play Russian Roulette with that open time! Guess that can’t be worried about losing any money because they’re employees just DGAF anyway...It ain’t their money!!!
