Walked in at 8:04pm on Friday night. Immediately told they were not accepting dine ins. Their sign said they closed at 8:30pm. Place was empty. We went next door to House of India and had a wonderful dinner.
I hate to give bad reviews but the fresh rolls fell apart, something I have never encountered with all the Thai food I have enjoyed. The cold beef salad was disgusting. Poor presentation and the beef was pale and over cooked and tasted weird. It went in the garbage.
I placed an order to go and sat in the dining area for over 30 minutes as Doordash, new dine-in customers, and other take out customers came and went. I finally ask about my order. They were not certain but said thet thought my order was dine in. Still I sat over 30 minutes. They brought my order and it was wrong and I had to wait another 10 minutes. More awareness is required. My first and last visit.
The staff is top notch, food is so authenticly delicious. A hidden Gem. A MUST go!!!
Delivery driver review:Want to know how to infuriate a driver and make them despise you? Tell them their order is "almost ready" and then take 20 minutes to finish it. This the cardinal sin of delivery pickup - misrepresenting the timeframe. If it's going to take 20 minutes, that's totally fine, we just need to know. Drivers beware of the "almost ready" trap!Giving 2 stars instead of one for the friendly service. Just need to be honest about pickup time.
Fresh pho - probably the best I’ve had. Even good for leftovers.
Authentic cuisine in a small, intimate setting. Tasted great. Had plenty left over for take home.
Least desirable Thai food in Nashville, but will do in a pinch. Ironically, the pad Thai was the worst dish we had.
We have always loved Siam for their Pho. Tonight when we got our to go order home, the prices were so much higher (which is fine) but they also cut the portions by half! Very disappointed!
Horrible customer service. Tried calling over and over for a take out order so I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant and they said yeah it’s because we are busy with orders. I’ve never heard of an establishment that turns off the phone when they are busy. I’ve eaten here many many times but I won’t be back. This restaurant needs better management. There wasn’t a wait at the restaurant when I got there so there’s no excuse.
