I have no idea why there are several bad reviews. To speak on the review of “good food, bad parking”, there’s free parking and the lot is pretty spacious. Not bad at all. There’s a lot of construction going on in the street as you drive in, that is not Shake Shack’s fault. I stopped here for dinner and it was delicious! Everything was made just right and service was exceptional. An employee, not sure if she was a manager/etc., came up to us and told us she would get us whatever we needed she wanted us to have a great dining experience. She was so nice. Dining room was clean as well. I’ll absolutely be back!
Had the burger with a mushroom in it (Shroom Burger) burger was cooked well. Chicken and fries were a bit salty for my liking. Our sauces that we ordered with our food unfortunately didn’t show up with the order. Didn’t have a shake, but will definitely try one next time. Hopefully I can dine in, and not order delivery.
The Entire Staff of Shake Shack Franklin Tn are truly first class personified. I’m a man who’s given a lot to service and I am always willing and ready despite inflationary pressures felt throughout the economy to pay for high quality premium service from dedicated people who are committed to providing a great service. The Double Shack with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and the shack sauce is my weekly treat. This is my favorite location to go and dine for my guilty pleasure. When in the area and your looking for quality. Stop at Shake Shack 5027 Aspen Grove Dr. Franklin Tn, 37067The burgers are well prepared and perfectly seasoned and the presentation is always lovely and appealing to the eyes. That’s why I always make the drive to see them every week for my burger treat I can’t get anywhere else in the area.
Got a solid shake burger and fries from shake shack. Very tasty. Kind of small. Prices a bit higher than I expected but for the taste I am not complaining. The ordering kiosks are intuitive and convenient. Parking is cramped here but we did find a spot up front. Overall I like the food and place and if I get the chance I have no issues going back for another meal.
This location has really stepped it up in quality and customer service! The employees are very kind and our food tasted awesome! It is pricey for a fast food burger and fries but it’s our favorite place to splurge!!
Shake Shack is a chain fast food restaurant. We've been here twice since they opened, but probably will stick with Big Shake's since they are local and have personal service that blows this place away.Shake Shack's food is pretty underwhelming, but their shakes aren't too bad.This store would be better ranked if the service were better.
First time at a shake shack!Wasn't aware of the smaller size of the burgers or else I would've ordered a double. The cheese fries were okay. Overall the burger tasted great but it's overpriced for a burger I feel. Didn't bother with the shake, it was super crowded and a long wait to go back in line.
So I decided to come back and give this place another chance, and behold two out of the three kiosks that they used to take people‘s orders are out of order and there’s a long line of people waiting and yet when customers asked the people upfront if they would be able to take their order at the actual register, the staff summarily refused!!! Shocking how poor service is here
A new fast food twist that is definitely set up with safety in mind since the pandemic. Well ventilated, the best crinkle fries I've ever eaten. The only thing I would change is at the order counter, all customers have to touch the touch screen in order to place an order. Need to add hand sanitizer or wipes so everyone can stay healthy.
I’ve been to this location multiple times, as I have heard the hype about shake shack and live within walking distance to this brand new store front. This time, however. Has ruined it for me. I will no longer be eating shake shack. I often place pick up orders and tonight I did just that. I’ve had issues with mobile or ding and things not being ready before, but I understand understaffing and a new restaurant to an extent, and the service had always been very friendly. This time however, I waited 5 minutes for the lady who I guess is the manager to even acknowledge me. She finally looked at me when she was done laughing with coworkers, after ignoring me say “ma’am” twice. I asked her if I could get a side of the truffle sauce. She said she is going to have to charge me. No one has ever charged me for it before and I’ve asked for it twice previously. I told her that’s weird because they have never charged me before but that’s fine. She said she will be sure to talk to her staff about that. Maybe they were being nice to make up for my order having not been ready or something, so I obliged that she could charge me for it. She then proceeded to charge me a miscellaneous charge for which she typed in $2.18. First of all!! The fries are $2.99. Not only could I get nearly a whole other order of fries for that, but ALSO the menu option for truffle fries fries that include Parmesan, garlic, AND the truffle sauce are only $4.89. The difference is only $1.90 and that includes two more ingredients in addition to the sauce?? Why she thinks it would be okay to charge me $2.18 for this sauce was truly just demonstration that she thinks she can take advantage of her customers. I no longer trust this store because somehow this woman is in a position of management. People who demonstrate conniving qualities should not run or be in charge of businesses or people. You won’t be seeing me again.
