The food was very good, and the service was great. The restaurant itself was a little loud. We were expecting a nice quiet date night at a steak restaurant, but the noise level was a little too loud for that. And, for the price, I would have expected my steak to be cooked perfectly (although they did offer to take it back and redo it), and the shrimp and mashed potatoes were essentially flavorless. That said, it's a nice restaurant with good food and service, so it's worth a go. Just don't expect Red Pony or Kayne Prime perfection.
The restaurant is nice, but for a $300 meal, they were nowhere in the same league as other steakhouses in the area at this price point. I was incredibly disappointed as their ratings on here were so high for a local restaurant. The steaks were decent, but mine was overcooked. Our sides came out cold, and they don't even offer a baked potato option which to me is as essential as providing steak at a steakhouse. The crab bisque was nothing to write home about; the garlic bread was probably the highlight of what we ordered. Next time I will go to one of the family-style chains for half the price for this same level of food or go to one of the high-end places that genuinely merit the final bill that this place charged me.

We have visited several times. Always excellent food and good service. A nice smaller family run local business. More intimate than a large noisy steakhouse. Tasty cocktails and delicious food that isnât overly fussy. Owners regularly interacting shows their care.
Great addition to Franklinâs food scene. They have great food and more than just steaks. I had the fish of the day Halibut and my wife had Chicken picatta and both were excellent.
I work for luxury hospitality company and loved that restaurant was local, and off the main path. The food and service was very good. Presentation was equally impressive. When walking in the ambiance is warm and inviting but you quickly realize how cramped you are and the space closes in. We were unfortunately seated in the back next to the bathrooms. I could literally touch the sign from my table that read toilette. Not something you want to see as you are eating. I would return, just probably wouldnât entertain company guests.
The Halibut was delicious! Brussels Sprouts Devine! All at table were pleased with their food. Good wine suggestions.
The food was excellent. Dennis, our waiter, was excellent. We will definitely be back.
