Was not to impressed either with last visit. The food and service both were under standard and I eat out quite often. This was my 1st visit and probably my last they just didn't show any initiative to make a good impression. I would recommend they have a cashier that could first understand English not ask a million times what I am saying.The bathrooms having ? that worked ? to wash my hands because the faucet was not working and I had to use my hand sanitizer that my wife had in her purse. The floors were unsanitary and horrifically dirty I would think you would want the floors presentable to have customers wanna come back to this location.Over all I would expect a response from either owner or corporate to look into this.
Excellent sandwiches. They have a great Reuben and turkey club. Most sides are chips.
Great deli sandwiches served fresh and quickly. The bread was perfect and every had great taste. Would go back again
Haven't had schlotzsky's since I lived in Texas years ago. Just as good as I remember! This location was super clean and the ladies behind the counter were really nice. Food was hot and fresh, perfect lunch!
Always the best. It may cost a little more than other similar establishments, but the fresh ingredients, especially the bread, are top notch.
I went here for lunch one day and it was really good. I only have a 30 min lunch so they got my food out quickly and had enough time to enjoy my meal

I LOVE this place. Reminds me of home. Fresh sandwiches deli style I could eat here every day! I wish they would build one closer to downtown Nashville
The cashier was rude. Her name is Tiffany. She asked for my order then immediately reached around to hand someone else their receipt and then play with the chips? There was no one ordering after me, but I waited patiently. I asked for an original sandwich with a side of aju, which I normally get no problem, even though it’s not the correct sandwich pairing. She made me buy the roast beef sandwich (which comes with aju) AND the original. Really???
This is the only one of these restaurants I have found in a 100 mile radius. They always have awesome food and service!
