20-minute wait, not terrible for a Saturday night. However, when I walk in and see no less than 12 open tables, questions are asked. After waiting the 20 minutes, I saw 4 parties leave and not 1 of the 4 parties waiting were seated. Not only was there no movement on the Wait bg line, I saw a couple wait 5 minutes just to get their name taken and put on the list to wait. After watching 3 to-go orders be picked up in the last 5 minutes of my wait, I promptly left.
I tried to put in 2.5 stars but it wouldn't let me. Food was fine, service was pretty good especially because they were obviously understaffed. However, after they ran my credit card and gave me the receipt, there were 3 receipts. My actual bill on top and then two copies showing they overcharged me. Significantly. (By more than $70.) I brought it to their attention, and they voided the charge and then ran my card again for the correct amount. Perhaps this was truly an honest mistak...but there was no apology. This didn't sit right with me because by not apologizing, it felt intentional. The staff went from friendly to rude after the overcharge was pointed out. Overall... Be careful. I would hate for this to be part of some scam. (And I will be following up with my bank to ensure no other additional suspicious charges wind up on my account) eat there....but be sure you check your receipt.
Sometimes problems happen. How we recover from these problems defines the person we are. Service was excellent to say the least and the minor issue with my burger was resolved with care & immediate attention. All this by a manager & staff that were obviously working short handed and doing so with a smile & incredibly great attitude on a busy Friday night. Never gave a 5 star rating to a restaurant when there was a problem with my order but this team hard earned all 5 of these stars. Thank you for going the extra mile to make certain our dining experience was the absolute best it could be.
Food was tasty but my wife and I were sick immediately afterwards for three days. I suspect that the milkshake machine wasn't cleaned right.
I had a pretty good experience here on my last visit. It took about as long as they estimated on the waiting list yo be seated. The place was not overly packed. The music was a bit too loud for my enjoyment, buy they did lower the volume at my request. The food was good. I was a little disappointed with my burger. I usually order the Burnin' Love, but they advertised a Scorpion Burger, so I ordered it expecting a little exxtra heat, but was sad to see that it was much less heat than my usual. It did taste good though. Staff was really nice, but did have to ask 3 times to get music lowered. Overall good experience.
It has been closed until recently. Then you could order take-out. They recently had started dining room access but had a 30 min wait for 1 person dye to being low on staff. Didn't stay.
I called a pick up order in today- last day of November- to redeem my Birthday Burger. I specifically told the lady absolutely No Mayo. Well, I think they added Extra. I hate Mayo, so burger essentially ruined. Bad experience.
Low staffed but still covered the tables of a medium/small section. We decided to wait the half hour to be seated but most people turned around and left. Every single employee was friendly and did their jobs well. That goes for the boh too because everything was cooked exactly as we ordered and was delicious!
I must say I haven't been to Red Robins in over a year. The chicken sandwich was good my last experience there was not so good but I was surprisingly impressed that the chicken sandwich was good however they only gave a handful of flies which I feel that they could have gave more. I could count on my hands how many I got. Other than that I went there for the discount a 50% off on my second sandwich.
I had 4 kids with me today , and was asked to wait outside when there was no one waiting,no employees were wearing a mask, and my phone said we were being seated,the guy was so rude. Mind you its 90 degrees(heat warning) out and you want us to stand out near traffic???? No one was in there waiting !! If thats due to covid case increases wheres yalls mask? We were here to celebrate our childs birthday. When we went in there and confronted the man about our phone said we were being seated ,he said my tablet right here shows yall have at least 10 mins. There might have been 5 cars in the parking lot!
