good food and service!! got seated quickly. Waitress was really nice to all of us. Don't have anything bad to say.
Starting off with the positives. This location does have a call ahead option for their wait listWhen we arrived on a Friday night during peak dinner hours, the wait was estimated for only 15 - 20 minutes. We were put at the top of the list since we called ahead and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager proactively came up to our table to address an issue. We didn't ask for her as the issue was being addressed by the waitress. This location is understaffed and looks a little run down. Lights were flickering above our table and I noticed another flickering in a walkway. It took a long time to get our food and the wait staff was constantly running table to table because they were behind. The manager was even pitching in. While we didn't expect great food from this chain, it was just okay. Our children liked the Chocolate Wave cake. I would say the experience is not worth the costs at this time.
Service was great, presentation was great, main entrée, grilled salmon & baked flounder were both lacking flavor. Lemon vinaigrette salad was phenomenal. The calamari and crab rangoon shrimp are always delicious starters.
The service was fast and friendly. Courses came out on time. The food looked as advertised...and tasted great! I haven't been in a long time due to the terrible experience I had at a different location. Red Lobster in Franklin stands head and shoulders above any location I've been to.
Very DISAPPOINTED in my meal at Red Lobster! Let me begin with the fact that our server was GREAT, she was attentive and I have absolutely no complaints about her. With that said, the quality of food and drink at Red Lobster is below subpar compared to other restaurants in the area! Our cocktails didn’t have an ounce of liquor in it! I ordered lobster bisque (worse I’ve ever had), shrimp scampi and garlic mashed potatoes. I’m not exaggerating when I say the frozen garlic shrimp from Costco has better taste and I make a better pot of garlic mashed potatoes at home. I’m sorry for being so critical, but I just don’t see how this restaurant can survive in this market with such mediocre dishes. We landed in Red Lobster because all the other restaurants in the area were overloaded with customers with extra long wait times..we were able to be seated immediately at Red Lobster. We definitely didn’t get the quality of food for the price we paid! I’m done with Red Lobster!
Ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. It came out covered in some sort of seasoning which from experience I can’t eat for possible allergic reactions. I asked if they could make it without the spice, and I was told it comes that persons. I had to insist on paying because I am not a freeloader. What bothers me is that I have had before and it didn’t have all those spices salted all over it.
The cheddar biscuits never fail!! Stopped for lunch, service was alright and the food was good. Best hamburger I've had!! Couldn't believe a fish restaurant had such a good burger.
Been awhile since I visited a Red Lobster.I eat at a lot of places. Many that are pricier than here. That said, I am 100% satisfied.Everything was perfect. Had a salmon, shrimp and lobster dish. Also, the Brussel Sprouts are worth the side item upgrade. Will definitely be back.
Our server Hannah was awesome! The restaurant was busy but she took care of us so courteously and always had a huge smile! The food was pretty good as always. It is consistent that is for sure.
But if you don't know what you're getting when you walk into a Red lobster you're crazy. This Red lobster gave me exactly what I wanted... Cheddar biscuits! Like everyone else, they' have shortage of employees problems, but food came out relatively quickly hot incorrect. You can't ask for much more than that at a Red lobster; Hot, what you ordered, in a timely manner.
