The good reviews for this restaurant must be from the staff and people who dine in. If you order delivery or pickup they will without fail always forget something or mess up your order. Every time. Tonight I ordered the Tito’s special and instead of rice they put……French fries. ??????? I’m not sure how that even makes sense. Was the chef visually impaired? Out of rice completely at a Mexican restaurant? French fries and rice don’t look or feel anything alike. Once I removed the cold, soggy French fries I had maybe a quarter of the plate of chicken. I tried calling but they acted confused and put me on hold without anything getting resolved. To be honest this is below average Mexican food and you can go to many other similar places and get better. Skip this place and go somewhere else. It’s gone completely downhill
4pm, not crowded.. Waited to receive service after two tables seated after me. Asked for 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 ice tea. Brought back just lemonade? Cold meat in salad? Never came to ask how things were or did I need more to drink? Finished and left my plates stacked to let them see I was done, finally a new server asked if I was done, hmm. Will not return......
So I’ll start by saying that this was one of my favorite restaurants food is good, prices ok and the service is usually good. That being said the management of this establishment should pay attention and you the public too. This is a case of one bad grapes can spoil the whole bunch. On the afternoon of March 22nd 2022 approximately 3:00pm, my wife and I had to cut our lunch date short due to a very disrespectful employee named 36 Jose. We started our meal as we normally do with our favorite appetizer, the steak nachos and mango agua. We normally order only one because we enjoy sharing and because we aren't able to eat two portions.1. First observation Mr. Jose snobbed at us and walked away after we placed our order.2. After specifically ordering only one drink (in both Spanish and English.) He brought 2 glasses. When we tried to get his attention several times he kept avoiding us until we had to ask another waitress for help. She helped us with a smile.3. Finally after getting him to take back the drink he started to continually interrupt us trying to explain that this drink doesn't have refills. After saying that is not our experience here. He came back again saying that it will cost $1 per refill.4. When he brought the appetizer he continued to interrupt us saying that we should ask for specific servers because some people give free favors and he is not one of them.At this point in time we started to feel as if we were asking for our meal free. Then we both couldn't continue enjoying our meal and decided to abort or meal here pay for what we had and leave.Photo shows the amount paid, the server's name, the restaurant's name,
The food is very good and we think their margaritas are the best.BUT be very careful doing a pickup order. It has now been three times that our order has missed an item or 2. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK your order at the check out booth. My fault for being in a hurry, but seriously 3 times! The third time we probably lost $25 to $30 worth. Eat in if possible.
My experience here was wonderful, chips were served warm and fresh, dips were delicious, and I ordered the Southwest Quesadilla in a spinach wrap (just because). It came out in a little more than 5 minutes, wicked fast, and it was so so good! I'm from Texas, so I'm a little picky about the salsa which was great but not exactly right, but everything else was top notch; the atmosphere, the service, the food, the time. Highly recommend.
So a bad experience, the food was nice like always but our server was very upset with us because we order only one drink (mango water) and a water, that normal is refill, well he told me that no, then come to tell me that will be 1$ more, and I just want my drink I know he will change for the food and drink but he was mad with us he carry that to the level that bring our food and immediately our bill to go one time, also come our table to tell me that next time pick other server no in the bar area because they will give me free things! Like if I want free things so a bad experience I don’t think go back
As a born and raised Franklin resident, Pueblo had always felt like one of the better options and food has always been good. The last handful of years eating at Pueblo have been much less enjoyable. The food has still been good, but the service seems lacking, and when full, the restaurant gets way too tight. This may be an observation missing to some, but the majority of guests seem to be much more loud and obnoxious than previously. To summarize, food is good. Space is small. Service isnt great. Guests are loud.I am sure I will eat at Pueblo again, but it is no longer near the top of my list.
Ordered Fajitas delivery last night. No tortillas and the amount of meat this time is very disappointing. Just threw it in the fridge. Pueblo has been a go to of ours but I think we’ll be looking at other locations..
Martha was an excellent waitress! The food and margaritas were incredible! Best quesadilla I’ve had in a long time!
Local favorite. This place should be your favorite Mexican place to eat. Look for Martha at the bar. Filepe on the floor is also a top choice. Ask for special “special sauce”.
