I’ve really wanted to like this place, but it just misses the mark. Our first visit when they opened was good, but it’s gone down hill since. Tonight, I ordered subs and fries for my family. Subs were so so, but appear to be WAY smaller than they used to be. Two large fries, which used to be an overflowing bag full, was barely enough for 3 of us. As the picture shows the cups weren’t even full, and the fries were cold and appeared to be the leftovers. And those fries cost $13. Never again.
Food and service was amazing despite the gaggle of Karens and their army of 500 children clad in soccer shirts making the experience loud and miserable. Great psychological birth control though. The staff handled the experience better than I did. Kudos.
We chose this place to get a light bite to eat in between heavy meals..we appreciate it and enjoyed the small size sub sandwiches..we'll have to find the closest one to us back home in Dallas.. sandwiches were also reasonably priced..
I could not believe how rude the service was! He bagged my cold sandwich with hot fries. I asked if I could get them packaged separately. He said, "No, get out of my store! Do I come into your work and tell you how to do your job?". What a class act. This guy shouldn't have a job. I asked for his name but he said "Don't worry about it.". WOW.
This place is awful. I watched the man making the sandwiches stand around and do nothing for 10 minutes, then take another 10 minutes making one sandwich. I’m not asking for a 5 star service, but there were still 2 people in front of me and it would’ve taken 30 minutes to get a cold club sandwich. I walked out without getting my food and wasting $10.
I like the food but the service is lacking. It is understaffed but my biggest issue is I wanted to customize what I got on my sandwich and the guy kept interrupting me like he refused to do any customizations. So I ended up with basically the standard sandwich with all the stuff on it without getting what I really wanted which would have enhanced the experience. I think that guy needs to go work at the DMV or something. He had the perfect "I hate my job and customer" surly attitude to fit right in...
I see they not getting enough for the subs they scammed me out of $2 they told manager told me if I donate $2 for down syndrome and buy a sub I get a free 6 inch sub I was like cool bought the sub and gave $2 he gave me a card so I take the card into franklin to redeem and they said oh no you have to buy another sub and get 1 free with another $2 donation which I couldn't afford at time I saved card so could eat lunch on a down day gas prices are so high so thanks for stealing my $2 I highly doubt it went to down syndrome I'm sure the manager gets a nice check for selling the most bogus cards wtg Penn station
Please find someone else to answer the phone… Jason is your worst customer service person available.. I simply wanted turkey provolone and nothing else instead he couldn’t shut up long enough to take my order.. by the time it in the conversation I completely canceled the order.. which really sucks because I’m local and I usually eat there twice a week!!!!’n
Absolutely nothing like the picture. The sandwiches were so sad looking in comparison and so over priced for the portion. We literally went to a drive through afterwards. The drive through literally looked more like their photos.
Went here for a quick sandwich while at work. They made everyone’s orders and apparently forgot mine? Not my first time here but definitely my last.
