Delivery driver review:I've probably been here a dozen times or so in the past few months, between Uber and DooDash, and I've yet to have anything bad or annoying happen. They get busy, but not understaffed enough to cause an unreasonable delay, nor have I been treated in any way other than friendly. And as far as I can tell they've been good about doing their part to make sure you get the full, correct order. Easy parking and simple pickup too.
The franchisee, store manager, shift leader and/or the pizza maker are very, very stingy with toppings. I have complained often to no avail. It is as if every thin slice of mushroom gives them great pain as it is placed on the pizza. I asked if they forgot to put sausage on the pizza but after a few seconds he was able to point a piece out. The toppings are SCANT and SPARCE. This location seems to be run by a very greedy person or crew that is not interested in making customers happy.
By far the worst papa johns ever !!!! On an average 2hrs of delivery time and in reality takes over 2.5hrs with cold pizza. Promises for credit never happens..
I have ordered a pizza from there last week it was cold and look like it was three days old so they told me when I order another one it will be free ordered another one today to try to give it a shot it was cold and terrible I don’t know what’s going on with that pizza company but it need to be closed down there ain’t one good pizza place around here that delivers does anybody know a good pizza place that delivers
You should at least warn the customer that you use Door Dash so we can expect cold pizza.
I’ve worked for several pizza chains including papa Johns. When I ordered my pizza and garlic knots I was surprised when I didn’t see my pizza. I talked to the driver and he showed me there might have been a mistake when I ordered but it took all my points. Nathanial my delivery driver was VERY helpful and gave me great information on how to solve the problem. I called corporate and no reply so I called the store and i won’t give the name but whoever answered was rude and unhelpful. After I would explain what happened I asked what can I do to figure this out. He COMPLETELY ignored me and asked if I was trying to make an order! We went back and forth several time. He was huffing and puffing and talked to me like I was stupid. If that was the manager very unprofessional and rude. I know hangry people can be a lot but the way to make people happy in this situation is by helping even if it’s giving me a phone number to call!!! I’m completely done with this store. They are hit or miss.
I do not order papa johns really often but today I did but it was the most horrible decision i ever made I wait for my pizza for 2 hours and I never receive it so I just ask for my money back I am so disappointed really bad service?
I, like others commenting here, have managed a pizza joint that focused on delivery. This place is poorly managed and needs cooperate help. But “the labor shortage!” That’s a lie, motivate and pay your staff properly. There’s serious cash to be made slinging pie.

Ordered via the app and pre paid. I assumed I was paying for papa John's to delivery the pizza instead I was routed to door dash. The driver didn't use a insulated bag or even ring my doorbell. Pizza was cold, and soggy. I will never order from again.
