If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would. We walked in and the cashier said may I help you. My husband starts to give his order and she turns around whispered to the team worker that was emptying the trash and both start laughing. I said excuse me can i see the manager. The manager had just as poor customer service as his staff. After we explained what happened he said well i really don't know what happened. My husband looked at the girl and said is what we explained what happened? She just staired and said nothing. I told her she had poor customer service and the manager stood up for her and said oh she is just light hearted. We walked out. I have never been in a Panera and received poor customer service. UNTIL TODAY!

I have placed a catering order twice from this location, and both times they have cancelled the order. The first time, we received a cancellation email with no explanation as to why it was cancelled. I had to call the customer service number to find out what was going on. The second time on the day of, I waited for the order to arrive and when it was a half hour late, I tried to call the store. Nobody picked up the phone. I then called the general Panera customer service line, and the representative tried three different numbers of people who work at this location as well as the store phone number. Nobody picked up the phone for the representative either. He could see our order was cancelled, but we never got a notification of cancellation and he could not see what happened. I am hopeful that other locations do not provide this type of customer experience and that it’s this location only.

Did a curbside pickup order for a soup..they made me wait 10 minutes in the car and never showed up. Walked in to the store to pick it up. Soup is at the pickup and is cold, had to get my soup re- heated. This is the second time it happened to me with curbside pickup orders. I wish they better shut down the curbside service instead.

Panera Bread offers healthy food choices on their menu and I strongly recommend this place to anyone who enjoy healthy meals. I have been to this site a few times and at other locations.

The service was horrible ordered 1 bagel and waited 30 min to get it and never even recieved it. I also got a coffee and it tasted off. The brownie we recieved was dry tasted like it was sitting out too long. Was told the dining room was closed but everyone was sitting down and eating. Will not be coming back to this location. Not even the manger did anything for me. Horrible experience. Save your time and don't go to this location.

Food was tasty as usual but the housekeeping inside was awful. The floor and hard surfaces were filthy. A person was working out in dining area but was not cleaning or wiping off tables.

Got an inside pickup order and the sandwich was incorrect. I brought it up to the counter and overheard another woman complaining about the same thing. Realized our sandwiches had simply gotten switched on accident (happens, no big deal). This other woman was rude, inconsiderate, unempathetic, just awful to the staff. Even demanded to speak to a manager over a simple mixup. I give 5 stars because the patience and calm manor in which staff handled her was incredible. I was getting angry for them (as I was also effected and understood the mixup) and they remained completely calm, offering MANY options to rectify the situation. The other woman would have none of it, yet they remained calm. They even fixed my sandwich so quickly in the middle of her tirade. Well done Panera. Well done.

I ordered my food at 1:38, received it at 1:25. Went home, didn’t get my chicken chipotle sandwich, I had to go back, so didn’t actually get my sandwich till around 2:15-2:20 give or take. No compensation for the sandwich, my time, nor my gas, and no sorry. This is completely unacceptable. They didn’t see the sandwich because they didn’t make it and proceeded to assume it’s in the bag and brought it to me. It’s literally 4 items, it’s unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen but from there it just got worse and no one said sorry, especially the Manager. Thanks a lot Panera Bread for the horrible experience, the wasted time, and wasted gas. Y’all went above and beyond to make me an unhappy customer.

What a totally hosed up operation. The last time I visited any Panera was pre-Covid and this place has no in store ordering or seating. The staff attempted to ignore us but I wasn’t having any of that. I don’t care if the food is any good, I won’t be going to any Panera again any time soon.
