I don't usually write reviews, but this has really become a problem with this location.Panera in general has become extremely overpriced for the amount of food that you get. However, it is still a favorite for us, so we continue to enjoy a good soup and sandwich every now and then.On top of that, they charge extra for certain toppings (ex. avocado) and then DONT GIVE YOU THE TOPPING! It has happened numerous times, and this last time it was like they didn't even read my order. I ordered a turkey sandwich LIGHT mustard and it was definitely regular or extra mustard. I ordered avocado which they charge for, and it never made it to my sandwich. This has happened multiple times.Just really disappointed with my experiences here lately.

Panera has a solid menu and consistency in their food no matter what location you go to. This particular store has an afternoon employee problem. Unfortunately afternoon is when I go there. The younger staff is unruly and lacks direction from the management staff. In the last few weeks I've experienced:A male employee making out with his boyfriend in the dining area next to my table.A male employee making out with his girlfriend in the dining area two tables away. Two male employees having a foot race around the dining area.Employees jumping around and singing.Employees yelling at each other. And one male employee, who tends to wear a white stocking cap, just being obnoxious, like the restaurant is a frat house.People come here for good food and a nice dining experience not to be bulled over by roudy teenagers. Of course this is a management issue because good management wouldn't allow this to happen. So, a notice to management, your staff is out of control and bothering your patrons.

Panera Bread now charging $12.82 for a sandwich and a soup with the you pick two. It's good but still fast food to me. For this prices lots of better options nearby

Apparently, accuracy DOES NOT matter. I ordered the grilled mac and cheese sandwich. Got home and opened the bag, and I had just a bowl of mac and cheese. Called and called and nobody ever answered the phone. Won't come back here again.

Staff super friendly but kitchen staff misread order got Mac and cheese but not in sandwich, ok I didn't need the bread anyway. However little biiyter things were frozen solid and no knife to pry them fr package.

What has happened to Panera? KIOSK only? (so no cash payments...) and they are out of Breads and Sides quite frequently. This weekend, they were out of Rustic White Bread. (and Kiosks do not tell you when they substitute items). Portions inside the sandwiches are also getting smaller, while the prices have gone up. Prior visit in September, they were out of baguettes, chips and romaine lettuce. You can only blame so much on "supply chain" issues. There is a Kroger about 300 yards away. Seems more like a management issue. Instead of my biweekly visits, I will see if things get any better in January. Perhaps fewer customers might allow them to get their act together again.

Usually love this place, but recent visits have not been that great. I know it’s hard to find staff at the moment, but they often close 2-3 hours early due to staff shortages, and service is not always the best when they are open. They are out of a lot of items as well. Talked to a couple that had been waiting over an hour for their food, and when they received it, their sandwiches were not in the bag. I’m not sure what is going on, but it’s not the normal Panera I know.

We’ve had good experiences at this location in the past but our most recent one was pretty rough because they are clearly short-staffed. Long wait for a very simple order, dining room needed cleaning, and restrooms were unusable.

I got the Green Goddess Cobb Salad and Sweet Autumn Squash Soup with a baguette!! It was delicious!!

The way the chain has been treating their customers and staff in 2021 has been pathetic. You can sum it up in these words from the cashier this morning: "Because of supply issues you can't have a scrambled egg, but you can have over easy."Think about that. They can cook an over easy egg but are not allowed to scramble that same egg? Each time I've been here things have been deteriorating. From system issues to not having fresh (or some times any) coffee, there seems to be some serious issues with staffing and, again... that's very likely corporate not local, but I can't let it pass any more.I'm taking my weekly meeting somewhere else with local ownership that let's their employees serve the customers instead of preventing them from any kind of free thinking.
