Thought white rice is sometimes half cooked, same with lo mein noodles. Fried rice is not as tasty as it should, something is missing. Also, shrimps aren't cooked well.Still overall, food was good and staff is fast and courteous.
For a first time experience with Panda Express, I must say, it was lack luster for the hype. The Service was fine but the napkins had the smell of mold and even the food had a musky bouquet. (The food that wasn't dried out that is.)Honestly, we could have went to an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant for the almost $40 spent.If Panda Express is trying to be the McDonald's/Taco Bell of Chinese food World maybe they should look into getting a $1 menu.If I ever do decide to go back I may just try to order the food freshly prepared as opposed to off the bar for better results.I did enjoy their sauce packages, though. Had an almost metalic feel to them. Hot Mustard from a pack similar to Arby's Katsup packets. This... This is what I was most impressed with.
Grabbed a quick lunch on a Sunday. Pans were full of food. Steady flow of customers but basically no wait to be served or to pay. All items were hot, fresh and tasty. This is the best Panda Express location I frequent for fresh consistent food & service.
I ordered fried rice threw Uber eats, MY FOOD CAME AND THE RICE DIDNT SMELL GOOD SO I CALLED PANDA EXPEESS ON 120 MALLORY LN. AND SOME GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND I EXAINED TO HIM WAT WAS MY PROBLEM SO I took my food back to panda and the young lady tht works there gave me a smart mouth when my orientation didn't smell good and I asked fa the manager and she said ain't no manager on duty so I asked for corporate number and she didn't know tht either!!! You guys need to mke sure your food is fresh to serve to ppl. 3058 Mallory ln you guys need to train ya employees how to cook food!!!!
This is a good one. At 11:15am, they were well stocked with all the menu items (incl brown rice!). Staff was fast and efficient
came on 11/11/21 around 7:45-7:50pm i came through the drive through and got 2 bigger plates. got home and they forgot 2 whole entrees from both plates. tried to call to come back and pick up the items and the first time i was put on hold for almost 5 minutes. i called back no answer. called back again and no answer. called back 20 minutes later and NO ANSWER! i will never be back to this location, the food was not fresh and broccoli “super greens” were hard. would not recommend. i will be calling the customer service # to file a complaint since i can’t reach anyone at the store. it was obvious they didn’t want to come to the phone after multiple efforts.
I was surprised! This location is good, food tasted very good. I ordered fried rice, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Fried rice was okay, but the rest were really good!
Foot it was normal like others panda just the cashier trying to give me straw whit no plastic bare hand it's unhygienic and no napkins no soy sauce
Great place to eat. It was a clean place. The staff were all kind and courteous. Fast too! Food was great. Wonderful value for everything we got.
Used the app to order ahead and pick up. It all worked well. They seem to be struggling with staffing, but who isn't? My food was ready later than they said in the app by almost 10 minutes, but I've waited far longer elsewhere. And it was all fresh when I got it. I really like the black tea here; very ubique.
