Staff is friendly. The menu seems varied enough. I ordered shrimp fajitas. I was surprised when the skillet was brought to my table without the signature fajitas sizzle sight and sound. I touched parts of the offering and was disappointed again that the food was barely warm, certainly not hot. I asked my server Fonz why no sizzle, why tepid food? He took the skillet away and brought it back sizzling. However, when I assembled my first loaded tortilla (which was hard on the edges ?) and took my first bite it was barely room temperature. I asked for a to go box so I could take the food home and heat it up. I told Fonz I'd come to the restaurant so I wouldn't have to prepare my meal and wash the dishes after. No such luck. This was my first visit and I see no reason to return.
???TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ???I cant express how disgusted and angry iam.This restaurant is awful.This people served My 2 and 4 years old RAW CHICKEN!!!!! yesss RAW!!!!!My babies could of got terribly SICK!Thankfully my husband cut their food before giving it to them.Also My food tasted stale and old.I was only able to take 2 bites!The kitchen was disgusting and dirty!!I saw how they have the chips they serve on the dirty floor in white buckets (with out lids). They didn't look like garge they were in order and they weren't mix with any other food!What are they doing with this chips??? My guess is this chips are what other customers dont eat so they put it in this white buckets on the floor to serve them to new customers, imagine how this people are "cooking" your food??YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK?!?!DONT COME TO THIS GARBAGE OF A RESTAURAN
Always friendly staff and excellent fajitas!The Panchos in Franklin is hidden in a back corner of a shopping plaza, near Big Lots, but is worth finfind!

I ordered a steak burrito with rice, beans, and sour cream inside of it and it came with jalapeños and poco de Gallo. The fries were really soggy and burnt. This always happens when I order from panchos, they get my food wrong!?
We absolutely LOVE Pancho’s!! If we are anywhere close to Franklin or Nashville, we always stop in for fajitas and margaritas!! Carlos makes the best Golden Margaritas on the planet and a great waiter!
Smiles when ya walk in not load very colorful quick service even when they were extremely busy! Our players where filled with food. Enough for 2 people. We had to bring home to go plates! We will defiantly go back when we come back to Franklin, Tn!
They give you chips and salsa when you sit down. My tip is go at lunch and get the lunch fajitas and split with your date/spouse. I always get the cheese dip as an appetizer and put that on the fajitas when they arrive. Cheap meal for two! Good for family dinner and couples date night, my opinion and experience. I still think this is the top or near the top for Mexican restaurants in Franklin area.
