Disappointed in the food and the service. Our drinks were sticky. Couldn't get a refill. Ordered a salad to go with my food. Must be a tomatoes shortage because it came with just 1 cherry tomatoes. Got my food before my salad. Nothing to eat it with. Couldn't find our server. The two pizzas my husband and son ordered were not good either. Didnt even want to take the pizza home. At $27 a pizza, you'd hope it would be awesome. It wasn't. Pizza kept falling apart. Overall, our experience was horrible. We paid over $109 and walked out hungry, disappointed, and sick to our stomach. If they were busy and the service and food was bad, I'd understand but it wasn't. We usually have a good experience and I wouldn't have left a review but this time was absurd. We keep smelling a sour milk smell the entire time we were "enjoying" Father's Day and didn't see it until after we finished eating. I was stoked!! A Chicago style pizza joint near work. The problem - no Chicago Pizza on the menu. People complained it “took too long” to make.So I ordered a burger. Good burger - juicy, generous fries and quality bun and toppings.Service was excellent and I had a great conversation with another guest at the bar.Here’s the breakdown:Good food +1 star; great service +1 star; fast and friendly +1 star; clean, bright interior +1 star - great service earned them their fourth star.If you advertise Old Chicago you should have Chicago foods on the menu. Nothing on that menu is Chicago - I mean you even have Detroit style on the menu.Competition for dollars is tight. I’d go to have a beer with buddies if that’s where they’re going but I wouldn’t go back solo again.
Wow, what a disappointment. The service was terrible and prices unreasonable. Our waiter would come running by and toss things on the table. Soft drinks were $3.29 and the pizza pictured was $12.99. The taste of the pizza was OK but couldn’t overcome the rest.
The service was great. When the food arrived I almost thought it was a joke and I ask a manager if that was a full serving of the sweet potato fries that we paid extra for and she said that it was. She didn’t try to fix the concern at all and brushed it off and kept moving.
The pizza was really good however our server was terrible. She was not attentive she had horrible communication when it came to us placing our orders and being specific on the price for cheese only pizza and other toppings. She handed us our check and never asked us for refills. The crazy thing is it wasn’t busy. Don’t plan on returning to this location.
The cheesy garlic bread appetizer was very good and fast to the table. I then tried the bone in chicken wings with J*** dry rub. pretty good flavor and heat, but not the best I've had. To top the meal off, we had a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis. The extra pepperonis were the key to the pie. Some of them were crispy on top and some were succulent on layers below. It was a very good combination. I will definitely be back.

Met here for a date. I was indecisive about choosing a beer but the waitress was patient and offered to bring samples to try. Enjoyed the date so much we lost track of time. Waitress was again very patient. We had the pepperoni rolls (tasty) and then a classic pizza that came to the table very quickly. After a breakout game we came back, for last drinks and were very close to closing down the bar. Patience, courtesy, and service all around. Highly recommend.
The service was fast and we ordered a cauliflower thin crust, it was extremely good. Could not tell it was not made with wheat flower ut healthier
Really good food! Fast friendly service! Will definitely eat here again soon. Conveniently located near AMC movie theater.
