Terrible experience. Sat at the bar for a quick bite where one single lady and two men were also dining ( Couldn't sit at any of the bar tables because they all had signs that said closed for remodeling?) Anyway the two men carried on an extremely loud conversation laden with profanities the entire time I was there, so uncomfortable. Additionally the bartender and none of the staff seemed to think there was anything out of the ordinary for these two men to be cussing loudly at the top of their voice for the entire restaurant to hear. There is no way that management and certainly not the bartender couldn't hear what was happening and couldn't ask those men to, at the very least, lower their voices. I've eaten here so many times in the past but I cannot imagine ever going back after this truly terrible experience.
My to-go server refused to give me rolls with my soup bc it isn't an entree. This is the only location to ever refuse a few rolls to a paying and TIPPING customer, like it was going to break the bank. If I hadn't already pre-paid and pre-tipped my server prior to knowing this, I would've cancelled my order. As a prior longtime server myself, I would've used proper etiquette and fulfilled my customers request. He is in the wrong line of work! That is not customer service! And he did not EARN my tip! To also add, my soup was only 3/4 full.
My husband went to o/charleys for dinner tonight. He got the chicken finger dinner, got me fish & chips. They were so over cooked, I had to break open and smell of each to know what was what. We eat there so often because we're both disabled, but they just lost a good customer. The puppy got full.....
Delivery driver review:For now I have just one significant and maddening complaint: I was given a gallon jug of sweet tea with a cap that was, apparently, screwed on by someone without opposable thumbs, and so when it leaned over a bit during the ride, my seat got baptized in o'charley's unholy sugar liquid. Believe me, I'm as mad at myself as the restaurant, because believe it or not, this is the SECOND time this has happened (altho the first was a different o'charley's). PLEASE make sure to screw those caps on straight and snug! Otherwise you could be complicit in the assault of an innocent car seat.On a positive note, the customer put off their inevitable type 2 diabetes by a few more gulps.
Mila was our server this evening and we have eaten at many O’Charley’s restaurants over the years and we have to say that she is the best server we have ever had, bar none. Conscientious, attentive, friendly and we didn’t have to ask for anything, she filled our drinks before they were empty and made sure we had everything we needed. 1st class service and great food!
Excellent dinner and excellent service! I had the sirloin steak that was prepared great. After bringing it to the table Gerard waited to be certain it was cooked exactly how I requested. Once he was certain meals were prepared as requested he came back quickly and topped off our drinks and asked if everything tasted great. Walked by every so often to look & see if everything was well. When we were nearly done he topped off our drinks even though they really didn't need it and asked if we would like dessert. Kinda tough to pass up but we held strong. Next time I am in the area and hungry, O'Charley's is where I am going.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. There was a large group in front of us that the hostess took back, and she had asked how many we had in our party. Well she never came back even though she kept looking our way, no other Wyatt made any attempt at coming to seat us so after waiting 10 minutes we left and ate elsewhere.
Food was pretty good, service was extremely slow and lackluster at best. Our waitress had several tables and appeared to be a bit overwhelmed.

They turned away guest after guest. They only had the bar open. At least they did not have the doors locked and closed early as has been the case on several occasions when we stopped by is eat.The food was great and so was the waitress when we were finally seated.
