Food came out wrong twiceâ¦once it was right very tasty!

It took forever to get our food last night even to get a simple Caesar salad! When we did finally get the salad it had a hair in it. Food was okay but not worth the price at all. My dish didnât have any flavor definitely best thing ordered was chicken Parmesan and chicken pesto. The pizza was okay. Our server was great but kept telling us our salad was coming but it took a visit from manager telling us our food was almost done to finally get salad. Took over one and a half hour to finally eat. Most of time was spent waiting on food. Total cost of meal for four $116. That was 4 entrees, bread and salad and honestly had better food for a lot less!
We has a reservation and were seated immediately. Our waitress was tentative. The tomato burrata was delish and refreshing. Our meals were just ok. Several items were unavailable. The restaurant looks really modern and nice but due to all the hard surfaces it is extremely loud, ceiling carpet things would go a long way. We have been here 3 times now, love the atmosphere and cocktails but have not been very fond of the food.
We love coming to north italia. This time we were very disappointed that our portions this time for 21-30$ plates were tiny! We left hungry.
