I had a great lunch today at No. 1 Chinese. Food was hot and fresh and the entire restaurant was spotless clean. I thought we would have to order at the register, but a server came out and took our order at the table, then returned a short time later with our food. She checked on us several times while dining. Overall a very good experience and I will go back.
We ate here from out of town. Our bill was $39.32 and we left her a cash tip on the table. She charged our card $45 something. One thing I can't stand is a thief. They will get their karma for that.
Extremely basic Americanized Chinese food. Sweet and sour chicken was a basic breaded and fried chicken. No veggies you typically see from other places. Not impressed.
We recently discovered this restaurant and it quickly became our go-to spot for Chinese food. The dining room is small, but always immaculate and clean. I have never seen a dirty table. Service is friendly and prompt. We have picked up take-out food several times and the orders have been 100% correct. Food quality is very good. We are sticklers for suspect chicken, and so far their quality of chicken has been excellent. Shrimp dishes have been equally good. The vegetables taste fresh and aren’t soggy or mushy. Quantity is plentiful, and left overs reheat well. We love it!
I enjoy the food and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the chicken with cashews. The staff is friendly and it is super clean. (Bathroom included)I usually phone in my order and it is ready when I get there.

Orders Mei Fun..... (Funny) to go . .I got stuck on the down lo.......This looks like Lo (lol) Mein to me, what do you think?? .....Guess this will not be "The Main Place" I go for Chinese.I live 20 mins away not even worth getting it replaced ...oh well...Why can't I find Chinese down here....why?
Very Fresh! Very Clean! Great Service!
Have eaten authentic Asian food all my life. This restaurant is beautiful inside and we had a very nice greeter/seater. In hindsight we should have noticed on entering that there was no cooking smell or indication of asian food spices. We ordered appetizers and entrees and sadly this was the most tasteless food i have ever tried to eat. It looked beautiful but There was a very odd flavor used to season my entree- almost bitter. I could not even eat my entree. The “fried” rice had a couple very small bits of egg and otherwise was tasteless. The fried dumplings were scortched as if no oil or butter used to saute them. We were very disappointed and sorry we stopped there. I hate to give a negative review but this place needs some help.
This place is a solid option. There are tables inside but it seems like they are more designed for takeout. It's close to my house and my family liked it so we will definitely be back.
