Busy sandwich spot in Cool Springs TN with an assortment of really interesting choices.Order at a counter and grab a table (if available), get your own beverage at a dispenser. My server was new (didn’t catch their name) but on the ball and was constantly smiling - always a nice addition to any interaction you have.I had the Sweet and Spicy BBQ Steak (steak, coleslaw, provolone and sliced jalapeños) with chips and a drink - $20 after a tip. Here’s the breakdown:Really yummy sandwich +1 star; good service +1 star; fairly quick delivery +1 star; open and bright dining area +1 star; condiment and napkin tower +1 star; expensive for a kind of small serving size -1 star.I might go back. Foods good but really pricy for what you get.
First time eating here; nice little chain that serves pizza, sandwiches, soup and salads. Full table service isn't offered here but they do bring your food to the table and pick up the dishes afterwards. The counter girl was very sweet and friendly, and the food arrived in a timely manner even though it was at the beginning of lunch rush and they were already busy.We ordered a supreme pizza which had pepperoni, sausage, kalamata olives, green peppers, onions and banana peppers (and tomatoes, I believe). The crust was a thinner style without being too hard/crispy, which is my favorite kind of crust. Honestly, I've had pizza at well-known pizza places that everyone raves about that wasn't any better than this...(meaning it was really good!) and at a reasonable price. They only have one size, which is a 10 inch, but we split one and that with a side of pasta salad was plenty to fill us up.The pasta salad featured corkscrew pasta with black olives, bell peppers, onions, I think and Italian dressing. There might've been other ingredients, but that's all I can remember; it was fresh without being soggy and the seasoning was just right.Total was $15 and change as I recall, which was very reasonable in today's economy where prices are climbing everywhere. Would definitely eat here again.
Wish I had some meat with my bread. Sub was super dry, felt like I was eating toast with nothing on it. Needs more meat, and sauce.
Ordered my favorite spicy shrimp pizza tonight. Brought it home and when I opened it, this is what I got…. Really terrible compared to the stock pic and compared to the other pizza we got. There were only ingredients on maybe a quarter of it and the rest was dry burnt crust. Only 3 shrimp. Sooo disappointed!!
I got a salad and the cheese and it was a big piece. And tasted like row egg.
Stopped in for a salad on a very busy tough day. The host was upbeat and happy, joking with the crowd as she accepted orders. My salad was fresh, filling and tasty. Can't go wrong with a good salad.
The food is ok.. I'm a bit confused as to why my straw was already in my drink upon delivery. Nobody wants to sip out of a straw that's been touched. I think I'm a big girl and can pretty much put my straw in my cup. No thank you!!! Please advise your staff NOT to that again.. Btw.. I threw the whole drink away because I didn't trust it. If this was done by UBER eats driver..then advise them NOT to do that.. You're not being helpful!!!
Love their Italian sandwich its so good
When calling in my curbside order. The employee that answered the phone said I would need to come in to pick up my order. The phone was very spotty, so I asked if she said I needed to come in to get pick my order? She then proceeded to tell me “unless I wanted to come in and take these customers orders I would need to come in.”
Most confusing place I’ve been to… their layout is extremely weird and it took so long just to complete my order of two menu items, two drinks, and a dessert. My sandwich was sloppily put together and thrown in the box, my pasta salad didn’t even have a lid so it was practically spilling all over everything else. The only thing decent was the brownie and the fruit salad. Pasta salad was too strong for me. They also didn’t give me any silverware and I had to stop somebody to ask where it was. They have it hiding in the kitchen away from everyone so you actually have to ask for it. I probably won’t come back here again if they can’t put meals together properly and hide silverware from being used.
