I love Miso's sushi. Eat here and you'll be a regular. Hawaii and spicy tuna roll. Fire Dragon is fire.
Best Japanese food in town! We've been long time customers where we'd come in on occasion over the years, but now we eat here or order takeout more often since we moved over to this side of town. I will say, ordering takeout is as if you're ordering for dine-in, the food is just as amazing! And we always receive wonderful service with such friendly staff! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants!
Got the pad thai and salmon teriyaki. Worst food I have ever seen and tasted. Absolutely disgusting and lowest possible quality. Avoid unless you enjoy eating trash!
First off, as soon as I walked into the restaurant, the atmosphere was incredible. It was so welcoming and warm despite the fact that it was rather busy. The service here was some of the best I have ever received. The food here was incredibly fresh and blows all the other restaurants like it that I have been to out of the water.
First of all, Miso has some of the most fantastic food that can be found in Franklin, TN, and therefore is one of my favorite restaurants to frequent. I don’t have a single criticism about that, the atmosphere, or the staff I have encountered.So why would I leave a 1-star review of a place that I enjoy? I recently found out that the tips I have left for my servers the many times I have been there go to THE RESTAURANT. To be clear, I am NOT talking about a tip share. I am talking about ownership taking money that patrons believe they are giving to their servers and putting it in their own pockets. What makes me particularly angry in this situation is how deceitfully this has been done. There is no signage ANYWHERE in the restaurant that would indicate that tips don’t go to the servers, nor are they informed in any other way, and yet customers have a line item on their credit card bill asking for a tip like it’s a normal setup. This is the first review I have left of a restaurant in a long time, but the egregious nature of the offense warranted a response. What a disgusting treatment of your employees and your patrons…shame on you, Miso.
Been here many times now, Find this place very calming and a relaxing place to eat! And most importantly the food here is always fresh and delicious. Recommend this place highly.
Been goin here for a few weeks now, and the food was absolutely delectable. The service at this establishment was top notch and immensely unbelievably incredible. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Sushi is delicious! My second time here. I got the Philadelphia roll x2 add eel sauce, and another roll but I forgot the name.I also tried the harumaki and miso soup of course and it was great.Website was easy to navigate and order online for pickup.
Gotta try the Excellent Roll. It has mango & fried shrimp. Yum
