I went to this restaurant with my coworkers for lunch around 2:30pm. I checked out the menu prior so I would already have an idea of what I wanted to order. I honestly wasn't impressed but I decided to order the fish & chips. Instead of fries I wanted a baked potato. I got to the restaurant after my coworkers. The hostess at the door was very nice. Our waitress on the other hand was not. I sat at the table for about 10-15 mins before she finally came over and asked what I wanted to drink. The rest of the time she was not the nicest person. When it was time to order I was told that they don't serve baked potatoes until 4pm. I've ate at thousands of restaurants and I've NEVER been told this before. I was very disappointed. I decided to go with the mac & cheese for my side. The wait for the food wasn't long so if you decided to check this place out for lunch that is one positive thing. As far as my food the fish was nasty. It wasn't seasoned. Same as the macaroni. There was no seasoning and barely any cheese. I highly doubt that I would try this restaurant again.

Solid food and beer selection. I would have liked to have had more local brews and less of the standard every day stuff you can get anywhere. I had a steak and it was cooked as ordered. Nothing special, just solid. We had fantastic service. Well done.

We ate at Miller’s Ale House after our Daughters soccer game. Jesse was our server and he was amazing! He was fun to interact with, made sure we had what we needed without being in our faces the whole time and the food was great. Everything came out at the same time and was hot. If we come back to cool springs for soccer we will eat at Millers Ale House!

Great food and fun atmosphere!

The first visit was great. The waiter was on point, the food & cooks was on point. We order the loaded fries/strips, fish & chips & half rack of ribs. The prices are reasonable. The rum drink I ordered was not as good as I hoped. The second night the waiter was good, but the food was average. We order the 6 oz steak medium well and the Philly sandwich. That steak was the toughest steak I've ever tasted. There was no flavor, it was just super dry & chewy meat. The Philly was ok.

Waited a hour to be seated around 8pm (guessing they were short staff ) once we got seated waited another 20 minutes for out waiter to come to table . Ordered our drinks and appetizers waited 30 minutes for appetizers to come to table . We did order drinks from the bar. But that took forever and one of the drinks was suppose to have chocolate drizzle in it but wasn’t in it . By the way the food was HOT and delicious. Had to ask three time for extra napkins . Now keep in mind it is really empty in the restaurant by now . Asked the waiter twice for to go box . If you are in a hurry for a quick meal don’t come here .

A little bit of a mixed review here. All in all, the food was delicious. The service was super slow. We got here and had about am hour wait, but there was not many people here. Not sure if the wait was related to COVID or employees calling out.Our server was super nice, but he was not very good at checking in on us and keeping the drinks full. Our party ordered drinks and appetizers. It took about 10 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered a second round of drinks. The second round took 20 minutes for them to arrive. The drinks looked nothing like their pictures. They forgot to rim my glass for my margaritas, and they forgot to add the chocolate on the Martini. Needless to say the drinks were overly sweet and tasted as if they barely had alcohol in them.Let's get to the food. We ordered appetizers and eventually our dinner. The food was very good. Absolutely incredible; however, they were very slow to come out. Our appetizers took about 25 minutes, and our food took almost an hour.If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. We were there for almost 2 hours. We spent a lot of time with empty glasses and just waiting. The restaurant only had three parties in the main dining. There were more parties in the bar.Overall, service was very slow. When we did interact with our server, he was very friendly and upbeat. Food was great.

Awesome food, service & atmosphere!

Very nice place, great place for watching sports with all the TVs. Our experience was a little mixed, server wasn't very helpful or friendly. She kind of seemed like we were bothering her, the place was pretty empty as we were the only ones on her side but she still failed at keeping up with refills etc. Food was very average, the steak was pretty good and the only highlight food wise. The Zinger Mountain dish looked amazing but I didn't like the Mild sauce on the chicken which kind of ruined the whole dish. I was really excited and love the place when we walked in but service and lackluster food kept it from a 5 star experience for us.

Only complaint is they don't have a hard cider variety. Only option was Angry Orchard. But the food was good especially the fries.
