Staff is unprofessional and rude. I asked a for a minute to look at menu while in drive thru (but menu wasn’t on screen). I waited and when woman asked again if I knew to order I asked if they could refresh the screen to remove the order from person ahead of me and put menu back on screen. The woman’s response was “ma’am it’s not our problem it’s not there. Do you know what you want yet?” When I said no she then replied with “I’m only gonna give you another minute, you’re holding up the line.” I said “actually I’m not because the car in front of me hasn’t moved. I’ve worked as an Area Manager for a few years in the past and this is terrible customer service.” The 2 is only because it was fairly fast (as it should be). However, fries were undercooked.
Consistency is key in the business of fast food. Y'all missed the mark
My child's burger was completely raw! I tried to call, but there was no answer, and their mailbox is full. I am unable to go back to the restaurant due to work. I understand being busy but serving raw food is a health hazard smh!
Wouldn’t take a dollar bill with a small piece of the corner missing. Went to McDonald’s by movie theater and they took it no problem. Maybe some training is needed for the young lady at drive thru.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Quick and easy ordering. Food was good.
Never have ice cream. Machine is always broken. Every. Time. I have a very good feeling they are just lazy and lying. And the food is hardly ever right or warm. This isn't even close to a one-time thing. Can't we get it together?
While I do enjoy this McDonalds as it’s close to where I stay, I do not enjoy walking to it to have it being closed for dine-in when they say it’s open online. Change the advertising and I’ll up the stars.
I would just like to share my experience at this McDonalds from the other day. I have been a chef at some of the finest restaurants in the mid-state for 27 years. Rarely have I seen or encountered a service experience like I had at this McDonalds. I came in during the mid afternoon for a quick to go order. I believe the young lady said her name was Vivian. She greeted me with such enthusiasm, just happy. She had a mask on but I think anyone would’ve been able to tell she had a giant smile under it. I know I did. From start to finish she was simply joyful, like she was having the time of her life. That young lady needs a raise!! I’ve never felt compelled to review ANYONE or ANYTHING else. And I’ve had some great experiences over the years. But none like this one. In this crazy time we currently live in, Vivian isn’t a ray of sunlight, she is SUNSHINE. This world needs more Vivians. Thank you, Vivian. Hands down the best restaurant experience I have had in a very, very long time. Again, GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!
This McDonald's is well run. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Fresh up French fries and hot chicken nuggets. Only annoying thing and I am sure it drives the employees crazy. The little climbing Santa with the mindlessly annoying song on repeat. On the Christmas tree. We laughed and said it reminds us of neighborhood ice cream truck. That will repeat the song over and over. It was so loud we sat up by the beverage machines instead of main dining room. Lol
If a business can't be bothered to take my order and expects me to do it myself, comma they will not be receiving any of my money.
