Horrible service and workers!!!!
Needed to grab something to eat real quick and not costly. Managed to do all in my visit. I have never had a bad experience at this store.
I arrived at 11:30 am. They were handling the lunch rush wellDrive through was pull p order and pickupNo waitI went inside to eatDining area was cleanPlay area was closedThey have a lot of troubles with the credit card readers That was holding things up inside. They asking people to pay cash if possibleMy order was perfect and hotYou have to fill your own drinks( I like to mix my fountain drinks with two flavors so this is ok by me)
My hunny loved the 2 for $6 deal & git 2 burgers he hadnt eaten in years. He made lots if 'mmmm' noises. My order was just okay.
For kids it's ok as they love their food, I need to lose weight so I can't enjoy their food anymore. ?❤️?
NEVER EVER GO HERE. I ordered a hot mocha latte and it came out cold and only was filled to half the cup. I asked if I could switch to a similar drink. A person working there just looked at me and said “you already drank some” seriously?! I took a sip to taste it but the drink literally came half empty. They never even apologized. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
Worst McDonald’s in town for sure. First of all they like doing fraud. I order thru the app a mobile order and when I pulled up to receive it some old Mexican guy started saying “it didn’t go thru” when I know my card has money in it. So I went to the one on 96 Murfreesboro, and they took care of it without a problem. Don’t go here avoid all cost. They some frauds.
Fairview franchise needs a lot of help on their quality control. Mcds elsewhere is so much better. Really great staff but subpar food.
Awful attitudes at windows. Would rather go somewhere else than to deal with these craps.
Usually all McDonalds are the same, but this specific McDonalds has served us super hot and good food all 5 times we’ve been here since moving to this area. Even though we go at varying times, it’s ALWAYS hot. Love it!
