Food is usually good but service is always lacking. I don't know if this is just how McAlister's Deli all operate or just the few I've been to, but it's pretty annoying when they hand you a bag of food and your missing items or they get it so wrong that they give you someone else's food and the other person has left with your food. Because then you get to stand around and wait 30 minutes for them to remake your food and not even get an apology.
My daughter and I had a hankering for soup. She had the broccoli cheese and I had the chicken tortellini. We enjoyed the food. I'm pretty sure the cashier was stoned tho.
I used to love their food - pre pandemic. This was our first visit since Covid. The food was subpar. Definitely not the same and I was not impressed at all. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. Not sure what the issue is, but this was just not the same. It made me sad to be honest.
Probably the most sub-par and overpriced deli I’ve ever visited. $9 for a BLT is a statement of a very high-class BLT, and yet the photo below, is what you get. Barely toasted, super-market sandwich bread, a sliver of browning avocado, 3 paper-thin bacon wisps, and wilty spring mix…. This visit was not only a waste of money but a total waste of time as we had to go elsewhere to finish dinner.Don’t waste your time.
Slow service, order was wrong, and food was expensive. Not a fan.
Rude/lazy employees, long wait time for simple items due to unprofessional behavior. If they don’t truly reconsider their hiring choices and customer service I could easily see them going out of business.
My wife and I've Mc's and I especially love their tea. Yum yum.
This is our favorite McAlisters Deli and we have been to several in the vicinity. Food is great and service is excellent!
Great place to get delicious food (especially lunch)!
Had grilled chicken salad. Grilled chicken consisted of shaved, salty, processed deli meat and not actual grilled chicken. Spinach was old and had wilted, brown spots. I'll order soup next time. Tea was great.
