Placed an order over the phone, supposedly with a new employee. When I called back after receiving partially wrong order, the manager, Josh used that as their excuse leaving that as the reasoning and pointing me for blame. Hung up on me without correcting the order. I can understand new employee making mistakes but the unprofessional rudeness of the manager is no excuse.

This is the First Marco's we got to try their pizza last year while visiting family. NOW they are also in Maryland where we live. They were also in Myrtle Beach when we visited there this year. Love the Old World Pepperoni on the Pizza. Crunchy and delicious!
You can't lose with Marcos. We went for a cheese pizza, old world pepperoni pizza, and a ham and cheese sub. All were amazing. Great value for high quality and delicious food. The staff are attentive and courteous. We went on a Friday night so they were slammed as you would expect. But the order was finished on time for takeout. Parking is a bit cramped here but it's worth the trouble for the good pizza. I will be back for more.
I travel for a living. I order at least 6 nights a week take out food. Here's a screenshot of the message I got from this pizza delivery driver. This is after I tipped him the max on the app. I have never been told by a driver to come to the lobby to get my food. Why am I even tipping? Just be in the lobby in 3 minutes and this is after they were late even bringing the food by about 20 minutes. Not even a please come down just be in the lobby at 3 minutes. What a world we live in now.
great pizza and the staff is so nice but i've ordered several times and i get white sauce on one of my pizzas and they have always forgotten to put it on the pizza. otherwise really good food, the pizza isn't even that bad without the sauce.
this was my third visit the other visits were good this time the food was terrible and when i called the store to speak with the manager the staff refused to allow me and would not give me the managers name icalled twice same each time
It was the first time I had ever had Marco's. I had heard good things about it and it did not disappoint. I will go back.
I tried the bowls because I still wanted pizza but not all the carbs. The all-meat bowl is great!
Great crust and toppings, fast service and I loved the thinnest crust pizza. I want to try the subs next!
