Really good customer service, been going for a while and it's always nice and polite. Clean place and obviously fast service as well.
I ordered 1 pizza, a 2 liter, breadsticks, and Bosco sticks online through Little Caesars site. I would not recommend doing this! They use doordash to send their food and the site is confusing. The first time I ordered it put the delivery address as the stores address. So I called the store and the guy I spoke with was very sweet and helpful, he said he would cancel the order and refund the money. A few minutes go by and I get a text message from doordash saying my order was being picked up. I called the dasher and asked if I gave them the correct address if they would deliver to me. They said yes and I sent the address. 2 minutes later the order was canceled and refunded which was fine by me. I then placed a 2nd order and this time it did put in the correct address. I got my order but I didn't get the 2 liter it was supposed to come with and I couldn't contact anyone about it. I was still receiving many texts from doordash about the first order that was canceled. They ended up delivering the 1st order so we got double what ordered. But both times we didn't get the 2 liter. This was alot of work for some pizza. And I didn't order directly through doordash because it would have cost an additional $5-$10 for the same things.
Little Caesars is always amazing, I usually go here at least once a week. Good pizza, good prices, the kids really enjoy this pizza. The little dessert they have are good. The convenience of being able to walk in and pull your pizza right out of the hot and ready oven is awesome. Thanks.
Best pizza in town. The guy who makes the pizzas takes his time and is an artist while putting on toppings. For being a franchise and short on staff, they are extremely fast and take pride in their pizza. They don't go cheap on toppings.

Really amazing Store! When I placed order online, I wanted to change the toppings which I couldn't do online. I rushed to the store and I requested if I can do that. Ben, in reception, a very friendly and fantastic person, caring for customer, said that of course he can do without any charges and problem. Specifically when I asked to replace Pepperoni with other vegetables, he said he can also do the clean-cut which means pizza cutter used to cut Beef or Pepperoni pizza won't be used to cut my pizza, which I didn't know before. This was fantastic.The way Ben was interacting me was very pleasing and feel like someone cares for customers request. Not only as customer, Ben was super friendly!Technology used in the store was amazing! You can just order online and pick up from the hot shelve yourself fresh and hot.Thanks Ben!
Horrible - horrible quality, ordered online only to find out what I ordered they didn't carry (then why did it allow me to order) and wouldn't refund me. Offered to give me another pizza which is not what I needed nor wanted. Reached out to corporate never heard back.
