One of the best ice creams we've ever had. I highly recommend to stop in this place and try it.
Oh haw disappointed I was with the milk chocolate caramels. Have had them before at other Kilwins and they were good. These were not worth the money (and they are not cheap). The peach ice cream my wife got was tasty.
Huge peanut butter cups. Candy apple with pecans was sticky and worthwhile treat. I ate the apple in the car and now it’s all sticky. Still worth it.
I LOVE Kilwins!!!! I had only ever been to the atlanta location and found out yesterday that there's one here in Franklin, TN so naturally i hopped in the car and took the drive from Nashville and OMG was it worth it!! I only got a praline candy and ice cream yesterday as I was showing restraint...next time i cant guarantee I'll be able to lol. If you haven't been this is your sign to go. The chocolate coconut ice cream was to die for. Ridiculously Good!!! Charming store and environment, and sitting outside listening to the street performers made for a very pleasant experience.
I shared my experience with a caramel apple i had in franklin (with my grandkids on the phone in florida) last week. They were jealous. So I mailed them 7 types of apples. The kids were ecstatic! The mailing took 2.5 days, but the apples were still fresh and tasty! Thank you kilwins!
Friendly greeting upon entry and offer to try a sample of their house-made fudge. A man was preparing fudge in front store window. Absolutely delicious! It was hard to decide which flavor to buy! Highly recommend for fudge, chocolate and caramel apples and beautiful location/candy store.
I love Kilwin's but recently the price of several items has jumped.For instance - Their small bags of malted milk balls have jumped from $7.99 to $9.99 for a few ounces. That's a 25% increase over just a few weeks' time. I understand inflation, but rates are NOT at 25%. Just because you serve a boujie clientele doesn't give you the right to jack your prices by 25%. Get your prices back in line, Kilwins.
Great ice cream! Not sure it is worth the price but staff is always friendly.
Stopped in while walking around downtown Franklin with my mom and I was disappointed. I sampled some of the homemade ice cream and it didn't really have any flavor. I bought two peanut butter balls and they didn't even taste like peanut butter just chocolate. My mom bought a candy apple and said it was just ok. Can't say that I'd come back on any more trips to Franklin.
