The food was horrible. The quality of everything was subpar and the taste had no seasoning to it. I can understand why Popeye’s is better now. Chicken tenders not well battered and no taste. The regular chicken was not fresh and I asked for chicken breast and received everything but a chicken breast. I hate that I wasted $38.00 for a meal that was not worth having. I recommend you go to any place because they can not be worst than this place..
Don't place large orders. Bucket of original turned to crispy. NONE OF THE CHICKEN HAD ANY SEASONING. NOT EVEN SALT! Fried chicken with no seasoning is bland and gross. Missing one side. One Mac and cheese turned to mashed potatoes. One green bean turned to mashed potatoes. Appearantly, all they have is mashed potatoes but then they left out the one meal that actually asked for mashed potatoes. Chicken was crispy and fried well but it was hard to eat without seasoning.
never fresh meat always reheat and hard to chew ..I used to love kfc and unfortunately always had bad experience with this branch I tried to give them another chances ..but that it I give up.. never again kfc
Drive thru is SLOW! I was the only one there. They forgot my silverware so I had to drive back... only to find out they ran out of knives and spoons. Ridiculous
I mobile ordered combo 3 pcs chicken with drinks. When I reached at 7.30pm, parked in the pick up spot and went to the door as per their instruction., door was locked inside. I tried knocking, no one responded. I called them, Employees were inside but no one picked the phone. Then I went to drive-through. Got the food. Got the drink and tried a sip. It was just water in the cup instead of Pepsi which I ordered. I waited near the window. The lady came back and opened the window after a while and rudely told me the drink for the customer(she assumed I’m picking up someone else’s order). I said, I am the customer and asked where is my drink, why did you give me water?. She didn’t answer anything, and then filled pepsi and gave me.The order was missing sauces, honey, ketchups, spoons & plates which all I added in my order. Couldn’t eat the biscuits without the honey and butter..Moreover, the Chicken was worst I ever had. Full of oil and salty. Tasted very bad.The only item I liked in the order was Mashed potatoes. Gravy was ok.Will NEVER go back.
5pm on a Saturday and your lobby is locked? What is going on? If KFC is in business in 5 years I'll be surprised. Horrible.
I Will Be Returning Soon. The Girl At The Window With The Red Bird Tattoo On Her Neck. Went above and beyond. We Was unsure Of What I wanted. She was so patient and kind to me and my wife. As we pulled up to the window her smile made our night. I wish we had enough time to tell her that. Our day was a pretty rough day. And she truly made our night tonight. Hope to see that beautiful young lady again soon. Ohhhh yeah the food was fresh and great as well.
Good food! Good service! They were piled up but kept their good attitude and friendly behavior! They pulled together as a team and filled the orders quickly !
My famous bowl was disgusting it shouldn't have bones in it it was the worst I've ever had not sure why Mister K gave to Stars I think our meals were the same
Famous bowl tonight was gross. Chicken was weird like they just pulled apart a wing- no good and not normally like that. Kinda ghetto. Probably my last time there.
