This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cool Springs. We have been eating here regularly for the last 15 years and I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. Their bread is delicious and they use only the freshest ingredients to make their sandwiches. Their delivery service is unbelievable...almost always delivered in 30 minutes or less. The management of this location is top notch....which is more than I can say for most restaurants in this area. If you want to eat at a clean restaurant with delicious food and fast delivery...this is the place for you!

This is second time I have ordered from them. The first time gave them the benefit of doubt that they were just busy even though was over hour and half before husband got sandwich. But ordered yesterday and after waiting 50 minutes and only being half a mile away from delivery location I went and picked up order myself. Then of course order was wrong. Not sure what the deal is but probably won't be ordering from them unless I do it right when they open. But that defeats the purpose for lunch. I filed a complaint the first time and does no good.
If you want your delivery faster, MAKE IT YOURSELF! If you don't want to be denied at the door fill out an application!
This place is great if you’re alright with waiting 2 hours for a delivery and when you call 40mins into waiting the employee just gives you an excuse about the amount of drivers they have working and thats why its no one’s fault and your call asking where your order is at is a waste of time. Oh and loved the part where the guy at the store told me it should be 25 minutes max but it ended up being an extra hour. Did I meantion I live a whopping 1.5miles away. The driver seemed like a nice man who deserves nothing but praise, he was just clearly overwhelmed probably just with the incredible lack of professionalism of this store
The bread wasn't as fresh as I had experienced with other Jimmy John's locations.
Order submitted, 11:50. Order received 11:51. Delivered at 12:40!!!!!First time ordering in a while because i've have trouble in the past and had a craving. New to this area. didn't realized JJ was 1.2 miles ways until I looked it up to see why it was taking so long! On top of that.... they forgot to put "X Hot Peppers" as it clearly says to on my receipt.
Ordered online @ 7:48 . Had the order @ 8:17 . Fast and accurate.
