I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app on 6/15/22. They used a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my order. It was missing one of the subs. When I called the store they told me there was no way the sub wasn't delivered. Then when they put me on hold I could hear them talking about me in the background. They refused to redeliver and told me to call the delivery service. Unacceptable. Then they offered a refund for the sub which I still have not received.
Quick service. Order was correct.
Great food, nice place. However, it took over 20 minutes in line and I was fifth in line! Guess the online orders are enough to not serve those in line at the store. Disappointed.
This location needs more employees. I feel bad for the same 2 guys here everyday who are clearly overwhelmed.
We've gone here for takeout on a few occasions and normally it's on the high end of sub shops, not so yesterday. The counter person was curt, bordering on rude, There was food all over the floor behind the counter and no one was making any attempt to clean it up, and the counter the food was being prepared on looked like it could use a good cleaning. Very disappointing!
The portabello sandwich I had drippof grease . Took 15 mins for me to get.
Compared with the other sub shops, I rate this one pretty high. Reasons: value is #1. A good size sandwich portion for the money. Meat and veggies are fresh and are piled on generously. As others, you pick your choices of toppings. Bread is larger than the competition and is fresh holding the sandwich together until it's all eaten. Plus, the company's donation policy is generous and appreciated. Always a good experience as well as a delicious sandwich!
Got a mini tuna sub, which I have had many times. I dont know if the guy put too much tuna on it, but when I unwrapped it, the tuna was coming out every side and up onto tbe bread and it was incredibly, disappointingly messy to eat. It really lessened my enjoymemt.

As always, the food was excellent, service fine-tuned and this particular store was very clean. Jersey Mike's is still my favorite sub shop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
