I've rarely had a bad experience at this location unlike the Nashville ones where the owners just don't care what goes on. Seems to me the ones here are open to honest criticism and do their best to rectify it.IMO Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of subs. More expensive but you get what you pay for which is superior quality and this location does a good job.
Don’t know the lady’s name but whoever was working on Sunday around 3:30 with red hair and tattoos was the most rude Jersey Mike’s employee I’ve ever come in contact with. Acted like she was upset my family even came in to order from the moment we walked in. From the way she looked at us to asking what we wanted. Everyone else was really nice and the food was good so that’s a positive. Hopefully she was just having a tough day and isn’t always like that… idk

Got a sub and a cookie from here, the cookie was delicious until I noticed the long blond hair that had been baked into it and went through from one side to the other. Disgusting.
It's a little expensive but they're really good subs so I'd rather pay a little bit extra also their vanilla cream soda rocks
Usually a great place but they were out of lettuce while the mgr cut more the counter person shruged her shoulder was very dismissive on giving you the topping instead of saying if you could wait a moment can get that for you... good help hard to find these days.. food was great once I received it ?
