Man, great sandwich. Huge selection
I order the club sub EVERY time, which COMES with bacon. I consistently get a sandwich with missing bacon. I'm sick of this! They forget it almost every time, I have to watch them like a hawk while they make it otherwise they don't give me bacon. I want the dang bacon. It's part of the dang sandwich!!! Jersey Mikes you better make this right!
Staff seemed agitated upon me even everything the building. I told them I work in the industry too and understand if they are shut down and it was too late to order. The employee replied “well I can’t tell you no” he seemed really aggravated and started to glove up. There was no way I was going to have my food made at an establishment that makes me feel like an inconvenience. I simply walked out but what is that?
Always love this place. One of mine & my husband's sandwiches place to go too!!
3 strikes! I have eaten there 3 times now and the employees are obviously unhappy and the food is substandard.
What don't you like about Jersey Mike? Ever since I had a Jersey Mike's sandwich and never went back to subway why it's subpar
3 out of 4 of the staff members (one of which appeared to be the manager) were extremely rude to all of the customers and didn't even acknowledge my existence as I waited to inquire about my online order. I finally gave up and just spoke up asking for a refund (my first words to any of them) -- at which point they were more than happy to get me out of the store as if I had been standing there complaining the entire time. It's a shame because Jersey Mike's makes great food, but I won't be giving this location my business.
Ordered thru there App . Less than 10 minutes earlier but they didn't receive the order till I was walking in the door. Staff friendly and efficient. Will try the App again and see what happens.
Not a good establishment.Order was wrong 3 times in a row. That is special. Love the brand. Don’t love this location. Please do better.
Ordered online using their app on Saturday 8/14/21 then shortly after placing the order noticed that the pickup time was 45+ minutes and this just did not work for me that day.Tried to call the location 3 times to cancel my order but each time the phone just range until it disconnected. I then drove to the location and asked the woman at the register if I could cancel my online order and that I had attempted to call but no answer. She responded that they were so busy they just can’t answer the phone. She turned to a tall dark haired man making sandwiches and told him I wanted to cancel my order. That person, whom I assumed was the manager, instructed her to remove my tag from the bag and place it by the register then looked directly at me and said that he would process the refund just as soon as he had time. It’s now Tuesday 8/17/21 and whaddya know, the charge has been processed for an order I did not receive and for which I showed up in person to cancel.I will never use this location again, should have stood there until the guy whom I’m assuming was the manager refunded me while I was standing right there. Guess that’s what I get for trying to be nice and accommodating when they were clearly overwhelmed. They get a bad review and a lost customer.
