The new employee didn't know the menu, there were no signs where to pick up to-go food, he didn't know that either. We got food requiring utensils and he didn't know where they were either. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag. He didn't asked if we wanted our food toasted or of we wanted anything more. There was also a bag of chips and apple slices on the dining room floor. The other locations I go to is great.
Been here twice in 2 weeks. Last time no gingerbread muffins and ice cream machine broken. Today no gingerbread muffins and now no cornbread muffins. In 2 weeks you can’t offer an alternative or make some muffins? Ice cream machine still broken. You could have bought a new one by now! Also out of Olive Oil on the salad bar.We arrived about 6:00P. There were about 10 customers in the whole place. Wanted to sit in a booth but they were all dirty. Some tables were as well.It is a shame Jason’s management can’t do better than this.
Came here about 2 weeks ago. No gingerbread muffins which they are known for. Also, the ice cream machine was broken. Here I am again. Still no gingerbread muffins and now no cornbread muffins either. Is there a shortage of ginger or corn meal? No attempt to offer something as an alternative. Ice cream machine still broken. You could have bought a new one by now. Maybe there is a milk shortage. Wanted to sit at a booth but they were all dirty. Only about 10 customers in the place but booths were dirty as were some tables. Very sad that Jason’s management can’t do better than this.
So I am pretty sure I was supposed to get the blue corn chips with my chips and salsa but I got regular potato chips. But best dang baked potato I have had in a while!!! And very friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
Good food. However, the service is beginning to go a little downhill with getting your food in a timely fashion. We bring a group of 10 here every Sunday, so it's not just a one-time experience.
I typically come here once a week. Staff is generally friendly and serviceable though obviously there are challenges with restaffing. I generally come here once a week for the past year and have been fairly well satisfied. The main reason the rating is only a 3-star now is because currently the ice cream machine has been down for at least a week. I could easily go to Newk's or McAlister's or Schlotzky's which are all closer to me but I specifically come to Jason's for a free cup of ice cream with my meal. You are right across the street from a Sam's Club. There is no reason you should be out of anything for more than an hour or so. Go to Sam's and get some of those variety pack half pint ice cream cups with little wooden spoons. Put a sign that says ice cream cups available on request. I've managed a restaurant before and this would be fairly standard practice anytime we ran out of anything.
Always love Jason deli where ever I go and different state they have, great service and food, the best salad bar in any other restaurants I go to and they not cheap with all their stuff, oh fresh too.
Great deli! We’ve been eating here for years and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The salad bar is kept stocked and has a dedicated employee whose job is to keep the area clean and items fresh. Love the homemade soups. The chicken pot pie is creamy, full of veggies and chunks of chicken. The chili is rich and has just enough spices, beef based so no beans. The staff is friendly, generous serving sizes, free soft serve ice cream, and they also cater and prepare boxed lunches. You won’t be disappointed. Also really handicapped accessible with parking right in front.
Good choices for healthy eating and fun atmosphere. Also, kid friendly and fun for a kiddo date.
My father ordered the Turkey wrap. When he received it, he took a bite, only to find there was 1 slice of Turkey. He took it back to the front and told the lady behind the line. Her response was “that’s to make it healthier” — that of been funny had she actually do something to resolve the situation but she didn’t and walked away. When he spoke to the manager the manager laughed as well and told him she’s in charge. I don’t think it’s right to charge someone $10~ for a wrap only to put one piece of Turkey. That’s terrible management and a terrible experience. With 100s of restaurants in the area, this will not be one we will be coming back to. Your “manager” should treat your patrons with respect and not make jokes when their service/food is terrible.I’m so appalled at this behavior I even downloaded Google Maps just to leave this review.
