The last time I was there I was on my lunch break with 2 other people last week I believe it was 5/14/22.. (don't quote me). Anyway, we pulled up and decided to go in because the line to the drive-thru was so long. As soon as we walked in the rudest young black guy pushes us back out the door telling us that we have to order online and pickup in drive thru. One of the ladies with me mentioned the door being opened so we figured fine in was open. Again the guy, I assume he was manager because he had on a different shirt. He rudely explains that we can't be inside because there were only 3 people working that night. The way he acted I wasn't going to order anything because he seemed like the type to drop your food on the floor & still serve it to us. As a matter of fact, we won't be going back to that establishment in Franklin on Mallory lane. Sadly we had gone a few days before and the staff that night was so friendly. I only got the cheddar bacon fries that day but they were perfect ?...
This location has trouble staying open. I was in the drive thru line tonight and they closed at 7:30pm when they were supposed to be open until 10pm. Apparently short staffed and couldn't keep up, so the closed early. Sent us away. They have been having staffing issues, even greatly reduced their regular hours, but still can't keep open. Surprised that after COVID, this location is even still operating.
It's been a while since I've had Jacks and can't wait to try these tiny tacos they came out with and got my one of my favorites which is the cheese bacon.??????????
Long wait in parking lot after going through drive through to have food be cooked. They left out part of our order plus gave us the wrong thing as well. Short staffed and they didn't seem very concerned about being slow or getting the order wrong. All doors are locked so you can't go inside either. We ordered some tiny tacos, curly fries and a hamburger and it was $30. ?

Fast, quick drive-thru experience. Staff was extremely limited, but that didn't affect my experience this time.I ordered a burger and it was hot, fresh and tasty. Just what I was looking for.
Hamburger was good, but not hot. I also had onion rings. They were fried too hard and also not hot. I will try a different location next time.
I just love Jack in the box. When I lived in Az I ate there all the time. Worked a rotating shift so it came in handy for all shifts. Always quick and efficient.
The restaurant is currently closed. Its closed 90% of the time. If it's any time before 3pm your not getting food at this location. It would be helpful if staff would adhere to business hours.
I love this place. I actually drive an hour to eat here from where I live. But why are they closed on Sundays? We really need a new store that will remain open 24 hours like a lot of other places. I was in a explosion and was burned alive 8 months ago and just want to eat here because the food is delicious and I miss eating here. I can’t when they are closed. Wish something could happen about this.
