I have never eaten at a IHOP and this place is phenomenal. I am very hard to please with my food but I have to say these folks won me and my family over. Also the biggest plus is I have never been proven wrong that I could not finish my meal but today I was proven wrong. Our waiter was genuinely caring and patient as we took extra time to look over the menu being as we’ve never been to a ihop The food was very fresh and hot.
Stopped while traveling, gave 2 stars only because entire meal was "comped" by waitress. My mother ordered a grilled chicken salad, all greens were wilted and slimy. I ordered French toast with bananas, the banana slices were so hard, I could almost taste the green peel, couldn't even chew them, my daughters meal had a very long and obviously cooked hair wrapped around the sausage link, and a black "floater" in her sprite. The sausage and sprite were replaced, my mother and I refused to eat and asked not to have replaced, so the waitress comped the ENTIRE meal. My mother gave her a $5 bill for her troubles. We were very nice about the whole thing, but would not return to eat there should we go back thru the area again.
Every time we try to come here they are closed!! When we got here today they had a pack of people inside people waiting to be seated and they turned us away because they said they had no room because they are shortstaffed even though the door says they are open and their website says they’re open this is the third time this is happened to me!
They were very short staffed the morning we went because there was plenty of open tables, but still a full lobby of people waiting to be seated when we walked in the door. The waitress was pleasant and did her job well. The cooks in the kitchen on the other hand were not doing their job well at all.My waffle was cold when it was brought out, and my bacon was barely done even though I ordered it crispy. I asked the waitress to have them cook it longer since I ordered it crispy. She took it back and brought it back out more well done, but definitely not crispy still.It did at least look cooked twice second time around as it was still pinkish in some spots on half the bacon on the plate. It was not the waitresses fault so we didn't blame her for it.I should've spoken to the manager about the kitchen staff before leaving but we had a lot of errands to run and I didn't think about it before we left.It is a good place to eat because I've had great food and service from here before. But this particular day they were definitely not very good.
I have waited a bit to post this review to see if anything has changed. We’ve been to this IHOP about 4 times. Every single time, we are extremely disappointed.They do not offer curbside pickup, which is fine, but don’t promote that you do. They don’t have a designated host/hostess so any time you go in, it takes around 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. Not to mention, every single employee I’ve had contact with at this location is very rude. The food is always great though, so won’t complain there.

3 times I’ve came here on Sunday morning to have breakfast with my little girls. All three times we’ve waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the front counter to greet us. I enjoy I hop but this locations needs some attention. Good luck.
Food was good. Service was quick even though low on servers. Server was very pleasant. Prices are higher by about $3 for meals for two, than pre-covid.
4 pm breakfast. Easy, comfort food, good. Only one worker for register, serve and bus tables but she rocked it. Wish i knew her name to give her public kudos.
I took my 9 year old granddaughter. She loved the sprinkle pancakes and bacon. I had a omelet it was very good and I brought home 3 large pancakes. Inside it is plain but what is on your plate is the sparkle.
