I can say, without reservation, that Ice Point has the best food in Franklin. The food is so high quality and super imaginative. The service is excellent and the owner is so kind and personable! It’s our favorite spot by far.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Franklin. All of the food is very high quality and made fresh. I have tried a majority of the menu and it is all amazing. The selection is impressive and they offer all my favorite foods. This is a MUST try if you’re in town.
The guys that work there are very nice and are good at making both sushi and warm dishes. The food and boba has been good each time and the many friends I’ve brought here have enjoyed it too! I also like how you can build your own sushi burrito
Delicious. Having lived in several big cities, I am pickier than most about restaurants but I love this place. Their ingredients are always fresh and freshly prepared, super well seasoned, and I love their bubble tea. The employees are friendly. Portions are large and I usually have enough for lunch the next day. One of the best places to eat in Franklin.

Great fresh food, with VERY large portions. We ordered the teriyaki bento box, sunrise house poke bowl, and the berry farm smoothie. All dishes were very well executed and came with lots of delicious ingredients. I have noticed in the past that other restaurants try to give you less of the more costly items (eg raw tuna, seaweed salad, avocado, masago, etc.) as a cost saving measure. But this restaurant deliberately tries to fill the dishes with the best ingredients. My sunrise house bowl was overflowing with tuna that I had a hard time finding the rice at the bottom! I highly recommend trying it out yourself.
I wish I could give ICE POINT CAFE more than 5 Stars!!! I love this place. I would have a hard finding anything wrong with it. The food and service are incredible. Locally owned and operated! These guys work hard and everything is made fresh. The Classic Acai is my go-to and lately I have been trying different Build Your Own Poke Bowls. It really is a hidden gem and I am always surprised it isn't busier. I usually go weekly and have never had even an average meal. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!
Food is amazing but be prepared to have to wait well over an hour or longer for your food. Placed a pickup order online and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, when my friend went to pick it up they had just started preparing it so he ended up waiting an additional 30+ minutes.This has been something I have experienced consistently since Ice Point opened.
I love this place! There are many menu options. I personally love the Korean wings, Sushi, and the smoothies! The food is fantastic!
