Very Disappointed. The lady was beyond Rude, she is RACIST. My Co-workers and I came in unsure what to order, asked for a Mongolian chicken sample. She said no. Placed our orders anyway. Was asked about drinks, co-worker wanted a Boba tea she was too happy to say no and gave ridiculous excuses then I said I would have ice water being I'm a diabetic and she gives me a half a cup of water no lid. I said I can't get a whole cup of water? She gave me another inch of water then I asked for a lid and was told they don't have lids. As a distributor I know that every order of cups comes with an order of lids for those particular cups. I will NEVER go back! And I suggest you don't either. This woman doesn't like Americans!
Very disappointing the advertised menu was not what was available at the restaurant. Purchased the Hot and Sour Soup as the person behind the counter had already dished it out. It was snowy outside and and the warmth of whatever that was was welcome even though it didn't taste much like Hot and Sour Soup. I would not have purchased anything from the steam table either because it looked like it might have been sitting there for a while. Yuck! I feel like people confuse them with the Chinese Gourmet(not much better) that is on the opposite side of the shopping center.
I've been going here for years. And even though I'm sad not to see the original owner serve me my favorites, the food quality has always been just as amazing as it was years ago. Great food and very generous portions. Get the three item plate with soup. The best combination
Food is good old most of the time! Manny had the best food these people are ruining his name ! Runs out of food at 4 makes no new food so get there before then if your hungry

Been a fave for thirty years. It has new ownership but the same great food. Cards are now accepted but there is no more included soup and egg roll which kind of blows. Franklin staple!
It was so bad I threw it away. Last 20.00 they will ever get from me. To sell me old dried up food I guess they didn’t care they would lose a customer. Sad part is this was during lunch hours on Saturday.

Reviews appeared good.Not a good experience. Went during lunch hours. Only 2 meat options available and both were dried out like they have been there a while. Rice was bland and egg rolls were mushy. I will not be back.
If I could give negative stars, I would! Food was disgusting!
